Before the 2025 season, fans voted for the All-Diamond Team, celebrating the biggest stars who have come through Richmond and played at The Diamond over the last four decades. The the All-Diamond Team manager, fans voted for Grady Little, who led the team in Richmond from 1993-1995. He helped the team reach the postseason all three years and the team won the Governors' Cup in 1994. For our latest episode, Richmond Flying Squirrels broadcaster Trey Wilson sat down with Little to chat about his years in Richmond.
