Revisiting the Oscars: The Movie Podcast

Episode 14: 1992

UpLateAtNightAgain Season 1 Episode 14

Revisiting the Oscars latest episode takes us to the early 90s to cover the 1992 Oscars and our first experience on this podcast of the western!

In this episode we're talking Clint Eastwood's revisionist western 'Unforgiven', the film that won Al Pacino his only Oscar to date ('Scent of a Woman') and trips to Britain for another period drama ('Howard's End') and a genre bending romantic thriller ('The Crying Game'). We also find out if the lads can handle the truth with the Aaron Sorkin scribed courtroom drama 'A Few Good Men'!

It is of course during Euro 2020 as we record so we talk about our favourite European films, the travails of following the Scottish football team, and we may have a couple of new jingles (although you may regret hearing them!).

We're also looking for your western character name, so hit us up on Twitter or Instagram!
