OMG, YOUVE CHANGED! Actually I’ve transformed. Most people go through their entire life without transforming one major thing. Month after month they remain the same until the pain is SO great that they absolutely must transform an area of their life. And today is that transformational day for you.  

Today I am going to share my two greatest Transformation systems. These systems will transform your mind, your money, your body or your relationships almost over night. 

This is a first and maybe a last so get your notepad or your iPad notes online and get ready to be transformed.

Transformation. What a powerful word. You know, my wife told me one day, she said, CJ, I have never seen anyone transformed more than you. Now coming from my wife, that was big. I thought about that for a minute and I thought, man, if you only knew all of the crap that I've come from and where I've been, you transformed too. But you know, she already knew that because she's been with me for years and years and years. But she knew my background, she knew how I was raised, she knew the dysfunction, she knew about the bullying and the abuse, and she knew about the low self-esteem and where I came from in this little small town and all of that stuff. And so after all of these years, for my wife to say, Oh my gosh, CJ, I have never seen anyone transformed as much as you. It was an honor. It was really like a the greatest compliment ever. Now, why did I make these transformations? Well, if you knew about my past, oh my gosh, you'd probably transform too. But most people stay the same year after year after year, don't they? You go over to their house and it's got the same furniture, the same life, the same mindsets, the same talk. They talk about the same old stories, the same old furniture, the same old car, the same everything. And I used to watch my relatives do this year after year, decade after decade, but not me. I transformed everything. I transformed my mindsets, I transformed my beliefs, my lifestyle, my body. I transformed my decisions, my relationships, I transformed the way I dress. I transformed even languages. You know, I speak three languages now. Not fluently, but I'm I'm learning three years of Italian and a half a year of French. And I mean, most people when they come around me or they come around my family, they say, Oh my gosh, you have changed so much. I changed my occupation. I wrote nine books and became a successful coach, coaching thousands of people. I changed all of these things. I transformed my future, my money, everything. I learned how to speak in public and I learned how to sell, but that's not what's important. The reason I'm talking to you today is because I have a very important question to ask you. A life-changing question. So, what is the one thing that you would like to transform? Now, while you're thinking about that, I'm going to tell you my secret sauce. I'm going to give away a system that I've never shared with anybody even in decades. So there are two systems that I use to transform. Number one, I use my four F system for daily transformations. And I used my four C system for sales and money. Let me talk about the first one first. The four Fs. It is faith, frequency, fitness, and finance. Now, the reason why I call these my four Fs is because these are my daily habits that I do, and I needed something to remember. So it's my four Fs. Why my four F's? It's because I have this um, you know, psychologists would call it a right brain personality, where I'm a dreamer and I'm creative and I'm innovative and I'm type of, I'm an artist type, you know? And so I needed something to keep me focused. I needed something to make me disciplined. I needed something when I get that scrambled brain and I don't know what to do. And I wake up in some of those days and I go, I don't know what to do today. I've got so much on my plate, I don't know what to do. So I needed something to make me productive in my inner world. Daily transformations, right? So when you wake up in those days when you say, I don't know what to do. Oh my gosh, my life seems so crazy, and I'm supposed to be going to grocery shopping, or I'm supposed to be cooking, or I'm supposed to be cleaning the house, I'm supposed to be going to work, I'm supposed to be doing this, and I'm supposed to be taking care of my wife or whatever it is. And you don't you feel like you haven't made any progress. I needed some structure, and I needed some discipline, some daily disciplines, and these things have helped me so much. So here's how it works, real quick. Every day that you wake up, the moment you wake up your eyes, you you you open your eyes, you're going to take one of these four Fs and you're going to spend a minimum of five minutes doing this one if. So, for example, when it comes to faith, right? Sometimes you fall off and you get further away from God and you forget to read your Bible, you forget to pray, all of that. All you have to do is spend five minutes of either meditation, reading your Bible, uh, maybe a Bible quote, maybe it's just to wake up like I do. Sometimes when I'm groggy, I got stuff to do. I say thank you. Maybe it's just a few minutes of gratitude. Thank you for my house, thank you for my land, or thank you for my future, thank you for my wife, thank you for my family, thank you, thank you, thank you. And just that little bit tends to help you with your faith. And one of the things that I do, I start talking about my mission and my goals and what I'm going to accomplish. And God, I just appreciate you and I thank you that you're gonna make it all come true. Everything that I'm dreaming about, everything that I'm wishing for and I'm praying for, it will manifest just like everything else. And so I work on my faith for just a few minutes. And then the second F is frequency. Frequency. Oh my gosh, low frequency is, I won't go into all the details, but let me just let me use an analogy, right? So if there was a, I don't know, an hourglass, and at the bottom of the hourglass or the funnel would be the low frequency stuff like sad, depressed, angry, jealousy, envy, that would be very low frequency. Those are the things that would make you feel terrible, wouldn't it? Terrible. But on the high frequency end, what are those? Faith, positivity, encouragement. You know, when people encourage you, you feel so good, or you encourage somebody else. It could be giving, it could be doing some high productivity task that makes you feel like you've accomplished something. So accomplishment, you know, all of those things, they put you in the high frequency state. Setting goals for yourself. So I want you to write it down. What top five or ten things put you in the highest frequency state? Makes you feel so good that you can accomplish anything. So I spend a few minutes, maybe two, three, five minutes, looking at the highest frequency things that I like. So, for example, for me, some of the things on my high frequency list is my mission. Look, I'm a man on a mission, and I've got things to do, and I want to accomplish this, and I want to accomplish that, and I want to do this for my family, and I want to achieve these goals. I want to take them traveling around the world, and I want to stay in these hotels and visit these places in Italy, and I want to become fluent in Italian and French, and I anyway, I got this mission. I'm a man on a mission, and every time I start remembering my mission, I get on a high frequency state. The next thing that I do when it comes to high frequency is I look at all of my saves. You know, all of the things that you save on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. You go, oh, I'd love to visit there one day. Oh, I'd like to do that one day. Oh, I'd love to have horses in a farm one day. Oh, I'd love, and all of those beautiful things you've saved, yeah, those things. Look at them, review them for just a couple of minutes. Scroll through your saves, your Pinterest saves, all of that, and just get inspired. Inspiration is a high frequency act. Even visualization, just looking at those things, visualizing them, puts you in the highest frequency state. And you only have to do this for a couple of minutes, maybe five minutes at best. Next, we move on to the third F, and that would be fitness. Now, before you shoot me down, and before you say, Oh God, I ain't got no time for no fitness and no working out, no gems and no this, listen to me very carefully. The easiest thing you can do every day when you wake up is stretch. Are you making your coffee in the kitchen? Good. Reach to the ceiling while the coffee is being made and reach out sideways and stretch, and then reach down and try to touch your toes, okay, your knees, and just stretch it out. And do you know if you hold on to the counter and do a little squat and you come back up and maybe you might do, hey, you might do eight or ten of them. Man, that would put you in a high frequency state, and it would make you feel like, listen, I worked out for five minutes, but I feel great. It might be standing in place or running in place. For you guys, it might be, hey, I'm gonna knock out ten push-ups. That's it. But do you know the power of just 10 push-ups a day? Times 365 days? You're talking thousands of push-ups now. So, as the good book says, do not despise small beginnings. Sometimes you start with 10. And here's why I say five minutes. Because that momentum begins to build. The momentum, my friend. And all of a sudden you feel like doing 10 or 10 more, and you feel like doing 20 or 30, right? But don't worry about going past five minutes. Five minutes of faith, okay, makes you want to do a little more. Five minutes of frequency might make you want to do more. That's good. But if not, at least you know you are extremely productive. And then five minutes of fitness, whether it's stretching, using bands, running in place, it could be something very simple. But the goal is just to start. To start. Start something, okay? And it will help you finish strong. Now, finally, let's talk about money or finances. The fourth F. The first thing that I do in five minutes, how can I make money in five minutes, Coach CJ? Here's what I do. I am the highest producing person within five minutes of my entire family and bloodline. Do you know why? Because I focus on productive tasks and not busy tasks. Busy task is I need to scroll for about 30 minutes, 40 minutes, and then I gotta get myself together, and then I gotta check some emails. I might do a meeting, I might do some research on Chat GPT, then I might do work on my fan page a little bit, and then I'll work on my webpage. I'll post a little something here and there on Facebook, and the next thing you know, it's an hour or two hours later, and I haven't done anything productive. No money's coming in. No money's coming in. So here's what I do. Instead of doing 20 or 30 busy tasks, I will do one or two productive tasks. Do you know that if you just follow up with three people? One of them, here's what I found, one of them will usually say yes. Follow up with three people. Hey, you know, you talked to me about coaching a while back, and I wanted to find out if today was today. I told you I'd reach out with you and follow up with you, and I got a feeling that you've got that tax return, and it's time to do this and transform your life. You know what happens? Two of them always say, Oh my gosh, Coach CJ, you know, I got a lot going on right now, you know, follow up with me again next week, and this this week my check was short, and my this and that, and my husband needs me to blah, blah, blah, and my wife needs me to do this, okay. But that one person says, You know what? I'm so glad you followed up with me. Today's the day we need to talk. MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. You see, those three little follow-ups may have taken me two minutes to just send a voice message or send a text message, and one of those people will say, Okay, let's do it. And bing, hundreds of dollars in my bank account or thousands of dollars in my bank account. Another, I call them IPTs. Income producing tasks. You see, they are producing a productive task. Another thing you could do is prospecting or DMing, not spamming people, not telling them to buy, but telling them hi. Remember that. Don't tell people to buy. Hey, you want to buy this, you're interested in that, if you keep your options open when it comes to blah, blah, blah. No, that's pushing your stuff on people. They don't like that. Tell people hi. Hey, Jen, how's it going? Been thinking about you. I saw your post today on Facebook, just reaching out saying hello. Wanted to make sure that you're okay. If you need anything, let me know. That's all I do. I reach out and say hi, build relationships first. You ask how they are doing, how they're doing with their businesses and all of that, and then they're going to ask you about you. You see, DMing, if if done right, is an income-producing task. I talk to eight, ten people like that every single day. Find out how they're doing. And a person usually asks me something like this, You still coaching, Coach CJ? Oh my gosh, I see your stuff all the time everywhere. And man, I mean, you yep, still coaching, still doing the same thing, still helping people transform their money, bank account, bodies, minds, whatever. Oh my gosh, Coach CJ. You know what? We need to talk. One in ten of those people usually want to talk about more. They want to talk about writing a book, or they want to talk about becoming a speaker or a six or seven-figure coach, or they might want to talk about starting an affiliate business or whatever. They want to transform their finances. So they talk to me about that. You see, that's an income-producing task. But anyway, if you just do these four F's every day, use this system, you will become so productive, so fit, so healthy, so positive, so faith-filled that within seven to 14 days, everybody around you is going to notice. Hey, where'd you get that money from? Hey, how'd you get that sale? Hey, I thought you hated sales. I do, but I don't sell anymore. I don't try to sell, I say hi. So listen, that's the first system for daily, for daily transformations. The second system I use is my four C's after my four F's. The four C's are for sales and money transformation. Now the four C's are this. I don't have time to go into them right now over this recording, but the four C's are connect, collect, close, and core. If you ever want more money, do these four. I connect with more people. That's all I want to do. I want to make a connection. Am I trying to sell? No, not yet. I want to connect with them. I want to find out how they're doing. I want to see how their family is doing. I want to just ask them if they need any help from me. I want to make a connection. Now, there's several ways you can make connections, right? But I can't go into it right now. But one of the best ways is just to say hi, just to reconnect, asking them, is there any way I can support you with what you are doing? Is there any way? Now imagine asking five, ten people that every single day: Instagram, TikTok, whatever. Man, you're gonna make the best of friends and you're gonna help them no matter whether they buy or not, no matter whether they ask you about your business or not. The goal is to make a connection. Now, if the connection goes well, maybe two or three out of ten people will ask you, well, tell me more about you, and then you're gonna tell them about what you're doing to help people. Not what you're doing in business, but how your business transforms people. So my my answer might be, oh, I just every day I look for ways to transform people in their mind, in their money, in their lifestyle, in their health, in their relationships. I'm just the transformation guy. Oh my gosh. Okay, great. And I might ask them a question like, hey, here's where the collecting comes in. Now, I'm connecting first, but second I transition to collecting. Let me ask you a question, a life-changing question. This is what I usually do. And I say, Have you ever thought about transforming one area of your life? Just one area of your life that gives you pain. And the person thinks about it and says, Oh my gosh, okay, probably my health. I mean, I got into this bad car accident three years ago, and this happened and that happened, and this happened, and oh my gosh, Coach CJ, it has just been devastating. If I could change anything, I've gained like 27 pounds and I change my health where I could play with my kids and grandkids again. And I simply say, I can help with that. I've got some free advice for you if you'd like it. And they say, really? Yep, absolutely. So then what I would do is say, hey, you know what? We need to get on a phone call and I'll share it with you, right? Because this texting back and forth stuff is just for the birds. So let's get on a fun phone call. Let's get to know each other. I want to hear your voice, put a voice with the name, and it's gonna be fun. Let's make it short and sweet, and I got some ideas for you. Now, they get on the phone call, and this is where the sales come in. Not me selling to them, but I sell by asking. This is where the clothes come in, the third C. I listen to them, I listen to their pain, and I share my secrets with them. And finally, I start asking questions. Do you think your life would be better with a coach or without? Do you believe that one year of following these tips that I've given you, these secrets, this system, one year, what is your life going to look like if you did all of them? Wow, Coach CJ, you know, if I did those things that you told me to make money, I'd probably be making anywhere from eight to twenty thousand dollars a month, I would imagine. Okay, great. You see, I'm only asking questions in the closing phase. I am not going, okay, well, great, let's just do this and let's make some money and let's go and get your credit cards and let's get no, no, no, no, no, no. That is not the way you close. That is not the way you sell. So the first three are connect. Remember what we said? Say hi to five to ten people a day. Number two is collect information, collect, where you ask an important question. And now you're listening to them because you're collecting information from them. Hey, when is the last time you blah, blah, blah? What would you like to do to transform your what is the one area you'd like to transform in your life? If you're selling health programs, hey, what's one area of your life you'd like to get uh more healthy or you'd like to lose weight or whatever, right? You got to ask that one important question and then listen. Collect information. When they give you the answers, collect the information, write it down because that's important to them. And then say, hey, I can help you with that. Absolutely free. I got some advice for you, I got some tips for you. This is where the close comes in, and you start asking a bunch of questions. Okay? How do you see your life using my program, my products, my solution, blah, blah, blah. And then finally, the core. Core is mindsets and beliefs. Every single day I practice for five minutes or so listening to stuff like this. You know, these podcasts that I put out every single day help people with their core, their mindsets, their belief systems, their self-esteem, self-mastery, personal development, motivation, inspiration. Man, you got to change the inside in order to change the outside. That's what I do, my friends. I do those two systems to transform everything. And if I told you all of the things that I've transformed, you would not believe it. I used to sell little$50 packages and little$100 packages, and now I've learned to sell high-ticket programs from$3,000 to$30,000 by giving way more value than I get in return.
