I know why you’re missing sales. I know why getting any leads. I know exactly why your business is struggling and it is because it is not set up properly.
If your business is not set up properly to begin with, it is almost like you’re wasting all of your time. You need to follow these first seven steps and go back and fix your business, and set it up the right way.
It’s time to level up and become the best version of yourself
Do you know nobody told me how to set up a business? That's right, setting up a business is crucial. It is essential that you set your business up correctly or else nada. Nothing. Niche. No sales, no leads, no nothing. And this could be the number one frustration for entrepreneurs and business owners. So I'm going to show you real quick how to set it up correctly, okay? Number one, if you're taking notes, is you have to choose the right niche or niche, if you will. And if you don't have the right niche, guess what? You're trying to market to everybody, you're trying to uh sell to everybody. That ain't gonna work. Your right niche, man. It's like a business is a niche, or the money niche, or the relationship niche, or the health niche or niche, or you have your um fitness, you know, that's a sub-niche under the health and wellness niche. Anyway, so you got to pick which area, which category you're going to be in. And this is gonna help you to be able to set up all of your social media accounts, everything. Because if they don't know what you're trying to do and they don't know what type of business that you have, how can you reach the right types of people? So the three main niches are money, relationships, and health and wellness. Now, there's other ones like uh self-mastery, like I like to do, and and personal development. You know, so they got niches underneath niches, but choose your niche. Number two, you gotta be able to set up a problem. You gotta be able to say, hey, I solved this particular problem right here, right? I know exactly the problems that there are in the world, and this is exactly how I help them. Okay, so if you don't know what problem you solve, if I say, hey, don't tell me about your business, tell me about the problem you solve for people, and you'd be like, uh uh, okay, because you're used to selling telling me about the products or the services, or you're used to telling me about who the owners are, the founders, and and when the company started, and all about the great benefits of the company. And people don't care. You want people to give you money, tell them about your problem. I mean, let them tell you about their problem, and then you say, Hey, I can solve that for you. Number three is your solution. Now, when I say your solution, I'm really talking about your product or service, and it's a solution product, a solution service, okay? Don't tell people I sell bicycles, okay? That's a product that's telling them all about the gears and telling them about the brakes and all of that. Tell them about the solution. I help people lose about 18 pounds in a month if you get on this bicycle. Now, you've already told them about their problem, they're 18 pounds overweight, and you've also told them about the solution, how you can solve their problem. So, for example, don't say I'm a health coach, I'm a life coach, I'm a business coach. You say I help people overcome their inner, inner struggles. I help people overcome self-sabotage through my coaching programs. You see? Through my coaching programs. Start telling them about their problems, and then it's telling them how you solve their problems. Don't say I'm an affiliate marketer. Okay? You tell them how you solve people's problems. Hey, you know those people who can't get organized in their closets, in their house, in their bathrooms. Well, that's what I sell online. I sell home organizational products through affiliate marketing. Got it? You tell them through. Okay, number four, who is your HTA? Who is your hungry target audience? Let me tell you something, my friend. There are people who already buy what you are trying to sell. Did you hear me? There's people already out there buying what you're selling. They are called your hungry target audience for a reason because they're already hungry for it. If you were opening up a Mexican restaurant and people were hungry for Mexican food, and they had groups and they had all of these things on social media, and they had Mexican food restaurant groups and all of these things on LinkedIn, wouldn't you already go to the people who are already buying Mexican food? And you would say, hey, ours is better. You see? Ours is better. Ours is spicier. Ours is cheaper. And you want to sell to the people who are already buying. If you wrote a book, why would you try to sell to people who have not read a book in 20 years? No, no, no, not to friends, not to family. You're going to sell to people who are already buying books. Book clubs, book organizations, you know, church book groups. You're going to find all of these groups and associations, and those people are your hungry target audience. Number five, your product and services. Start with I help people. Don't start with the name of your product. Don't start with the I sell uh makeup and cosmetics. I help people look 10 years younger if you use this beauty treatment. You see? You're again, we're talking about that niche, we're talking about that problem, we're talking about that solution, we're talking about that hungry target audience. For example, this would be even better. I help women ages 40 to 60 look 10 years younger using my product. Now you're talking about your hungry target audience, those 40 to 60s who want to turn back time. Okay, so that's how you describe your product or services. Number six, your marketing campaign. Do you even have a marketing campaign? Do you even know what it is? Okay, so if I said, let me ask you a question: how are you going to reach a hundred thousand people with your marketing messages and your posts and your posters and your TikToks? How are you gonna reach a hundred? I want you to get a hundred thousand eyeballs on your little mini seven-second TikTok commercials. How would you do it? Uh, I don't know. See, you need a marketing campaign, right? So, for example, Doritos during the Super Bowl. Man, they're gonna put the hot chicks out there and they're gonna have them washing the cars, and then they're gonna start throwing Doritos everywhere, and they're gonna have ninjas flying out of the cars doing flips, and and the girls are gonna start fighting the ninjas, and then see, and you say, I'm gonna do 20 of those commercials. It's gonna be a hoot. The people are gonna laugh so hard, it's gonna be so crazy, and I'm telling you, man, there are gonna be so many people buying our Doritos. That would be a marketing campaign. You already have it up in your head, already have it in your mind how you're going to market to them, who you're gonna target, your target audience, how long the commercials are going to be, even if you have to make them yourself. Make them with AI, make them through through your own uh editing. But you gotta have a campaign, even if you're just the only spokesperson talking. It doesn't have to be expensive. Your commercials can be free. You don't need$10,000 to make a commercial. Every video you make is a commercial. Every TikTok, every Instagram you make is a commercial. Every time you go live, that's a commercial, but at least you need a campaign, some type of direction. This is what I'm going to do. I'm gonna be the lady that sits in front of the lake selling CBD oils, and people are going to love it. And I'm gonna put these oils on my legs and my feet, and people are gonna be like, oh my gosh, and I'm gonna put my dog in there, and I'm gonna make a hundred of those. That's your marketing campaign. Okay, and finally, number seven, how to set up a business properly. Okay, you need a lead generation offer. A lead, you need you need something, man, where people say, Hey, that's for free, really? Okay, and you need them to sign up for your email address or you know, have a conversation with you. But in other words, I would say this would be my email uh lead generation offer. If I said, hey, you know what, I'm gonna show you how to set up a business properly, I'm probably getting ready to do this in the next five minutes. I can show you where you're missing it and why you're missing sales. It's because your business is not set up properly.
