Why are people so depressed these days? Oh my gosh, why are people so sad? Have you noticed that? Well, it could be you, but I've got a fix today. And there's three reasons, okay? There's three things you should never allow people to take from you. Never, never, never, ever, ever. Or you will become supremely depressed. You will become extremely sad. So don't let it happen to you. Number one, never let someone have your faith. You can't let somebody take your faith. I've seen this countless times. You know, you got that crazy Christian, you know, or the super Christian that's always, you know, saying one thing and then they're living another way, and then they end up robbing you of your faith. Because some people say, oh my gosh, if that's being a Christian, I never want to be a Christian. Well, listen, you're judging your faith based on another flawed individual, a faithless person, a person who is flawed. They got issues, they got problems. That person could be even the deacon. That person could be the pastor. Oh my gosh, look at those slick pastors. Look at those people. All they care about is the money. Look at those preachers chasing those women. Well, see, my friend, your focus is on the wrong thing. I had to learn this the hard way. I put so much trust in my pastor, in my minister friend, and my mentor, and I thought he was everything. But the problem is, I put him in the place of God instead of putting him in the place of a flawed individual. You see, my friend, that's the whole purpose of a church. It's a hospital for hurting people. So if you see some TV evangelist and you don't think that he's ethical, or you see some woman who's a secret side hoochie mama and she goes to church every Sunday and you're thinking, oh my gosh, I would never. Or you got that old preaching cousin or friend or relative or sister or brother, and they're preaching one thing and doing something else. That has nothing to do with your faith. God is a perfect God. I'll repeat that. God is a perfect God. He's not flawed, he never makes mistakes, he never does anything wrong, but love you, forgive you, and love you again and forgive you again. So what should you do? Keep your eyes on the prize. Keep your eyes on the Lord. You got that? Keep your faith. Never let anybody steal your faith. Number two, if you don't want to be sad and depressed, never let anybody steal your vision. Your vision, your dream, my friend. You forgot about that dream of going to Greece. You forgot about that dream of going to the forest and having that beautiful little cabin in the woods, and you wanted that vacation where you stay for 30 days and get off grid. What happened to that? Get that vision back. Even the Bible says, without a vision, the people perish. Without a vision, the people perish. My friend, you don't want to perish, do you? Okay, get that vision back. There's nothing sadder than to see a person just surviving, just waiting to die, just saying, well, collect my Social Security check, and it's never enough, and I'm just gonna get just enough to get by. I got one foot in the grave, and they're like 50 or 60 years old waiting to exhale, as they say. Man, there is nothing worse than that. You gotta get a vision back. No matter what age you are, no matter what stage you are in, doesn't matter if you got one leg, you better have a one-legged vision. Something to do, somewhere to go, some people to see, a language to learn, some money to make a business to build. You've got to have something. Because without a vision, the people perish. They're sad, they're depressed, they're angry because life didn't turn out the way it was supposed to turn out. But let me tell you something. With just one vision, with just one dream, man, you could get it all back and then some. I'm talking about within 12 months, you could do some amazing things. What happened to your vision of health? Yeah, get back into the health mode again. I don't care if you're 75. I can show you 75 people who got their health back after 70. I'm mentoring a beautiful woman right now who's 70 and she mentors other people that are 70 plus or 65 plus or 50 plus, and she shows them how to get in the best health of their life. My friend, it ain't over. Until it's over. I don't care if it's relationships, get your vision back. I don't care if it's money, get your vision back. I don't care if it's health and fitness, get your vision back. Because in 12 months, man, you can do some extraordinary things. You've never seen a more depressed person than a person that says, nah, I don't do New Year's resolutions, nah, I don't do this, I don't do that, I don't celebrate birthdays, I don't, I mean, good gosh. Maybe you should. Maybe you should start. Well, they don't never work out, and then I start and then I finish at three months, and then I get depressed, and then okay, well, start again. Get three months in out of the year, might be the best three months of your year. Let me tell you one thing about New Year's resolutions. It is better to start them and try them than to never start at all. My friend, sometimes something kicks in and you finish the entire year. Maybe you didn't make the million dollars, but maybe you made 50,000 extra dollars to be able to go to that cabin in the woods, so to speak. All right, number three, if you're sad and depressed, never let anyone take your freedom. Woo, man, let me tell you, my brand is all about the freedom. Did you know that right now I'm actually laying in the bed with my iPad, recording this on my iPad, looking out the window. Beautiful clouds, beautiful sky, sun shining. I'm about to go down to the Starbucks in a second and go see some people, do some meets and greets, have some fun. Yeah, I got a vision of freedom. My friend, there's nothing like freedom. I woke up today at nine o'clock, got sleepy, had a bad night's sleep. What did I do? Checked a couple of emails, looked over social media for about 20 minutes, and then I went back to sleep until one. Can you do that every day? Sure you can. You can do it because you got a business. And if you don't have a business, you need to be talking to me. Because every time you hear the word business or entrepreneurship, you should think about one thing, and that is called freedom. One word sets you on fire, man. Set your soul on fire. Freedom. Don't let anybody take your freedom. Let me tell you, even if you have to work a job right now, they might be able to steal your time and put you in a box or a cubicle or whatever a space, a workspace, and tell you when to punch in and when to punch out and when to take a break or when to take lunch. But on the inside, you ought to be jumping for joy. You ought to have so much freedom on the inside that you're thinking about your vision, you're thinking about your passions, you are thinking about your dreams, you're thinking about going places, doing stuff, and then you're thinking about, oh my gosh, when I get home, man, when I get home and work for an hour or two hours on this freedom business. Because this world knows, the system knows, that when they can steal your freedom, and they can steal your dream and vision, and they can steal your faith, yeah, they got you. You're a slave for sure. They got you so sad they're gonna put you on those medicines. They got you so sad they're gonna make you break up your home. They've got you so depressed and so mad and so angry that you won't even try. My friend, what am I here for? I'm here to let thousands of people, okay, I lied, millions of people know that there's freedom on the other side of the rainbow, my friend. Freedom, money freedom, time freedom, where you can sleep in when you want. You can go where you want to go, work for two hours a day like I do, and just make money on auto payments. Where they just come in, man. Ping, ping, ping, auto pays. And I'm telling you, sometimes you get big payments, and sometimes you get medium-sized payments, sometimes you get small payments, but all of those payments are better than slave wages. With a business, you could do anything. You could put a, you don't have any ceiling on your income. You could do what you want to do. Listen, listen, listen, I'll say this last nugget. Maybe, just maybe, you not might not make the type of money you think you should be making with a business. But at least it's freedom bucks. I call them freedom bucks, man. I want that freedom money. Man, I can wake up when I want. I can go to bed when I want. I can I can avoid traffic. I never go to traffic. Sometimes I forget that there's traffic outside. Because when I travel and I go somewhere in my car or I get an Uber, I'm going around 10 o'clock a.m. I'm going after the traffic. I'm going around 2 p.m. I'm gonna avoid that evening traffic. Or I might go somewhere at 8 o'clock or 9 o'clock at night to avoid traffic. I don't do bosses, I don't do traffic, I don't do slave wages. Why?
