One problem that businesses can face is customer retention. This is an important point, as it is almost 5 times more expensive to focus your business on attracting customers than on retaining current and existing customers. Companies benefit greatly from loyalty programs or programs that reward customers. These programs generate loyal customers who will spend more at a given business, give feedback, come back more often and become a source of promotion.
The primary function of a business is generally met and understood as providing customers with products and services that meet consumer demand. In addition to this basic objective, when attracting customers, it is important to ensure that they return regularly.
Automotive businesses are even more likely to thrive by using programs that focus on buyer retention. The higher the value of the products sold, and the larger the industry, the more tempted the consumer is to be satisfied and depend on these rewards.
Dealers have the opportunity to truly know their customers, and an automotive loyalty program would build trust and a personalized touch with their customers.
