This episode is a disaster, as Jennie's background noise is ratcheted up to ten and Amye is sick and sniffling through the whole thing. Also a disaster is the Ingalls' new living quarters. Charles and Caroline get a job because of Caroline's amazing biscuits, Charles angrily waits tables, and Laura is in hell. Jennie threatens to punch Amye, and Amye-clearly under the influence of cold medicine-feels empathy for older sibs everywhere.
