In this episode, Tom and Dan go to Madison, New Jersey - home of New Jersey's newest brewery - Rosecourt Brewery. There they talk to Logan and Angela - the sole owners of the brewery. We talk about their story - how these high school sweethearts made the jump to open their own brewery in their hometown. Logan walks us through his career in beer which includes brewery school in Belgium, making the jump to the craft beer world in California, and the decision to come back home to New Jersey to continue his beer journey. Angela talks about her career - very different from Logan's - but how her work experiences can help create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons of the brewery. We talk about the look and feel of the brewery which actually include a bit of Tom's handywork. Of course, we talk about the beers available for opening weekend but also the way you can have them served - a detail that they think matters a lot to people who visit Rosecourt.
