Stress and anxiety can affect the sleep you get. On the flip side, not getting enough sleep can result in you feeling more stressed or anxious throughout your day. 
The last year has been quite challenging and millions of people worldwide are reporting higher stress levels as well as struggles with sleep. 
In today's episode, I will provide you with 10 tips on managing stress, including the 4 A's (avoid, alter, adapt, accept).  Hopefully you will find a few techniques that can help you manage the different stressors you face in your life.  Please seek professional help as needed.
As usual, I will update you a bit as well about things currently happening in our life and by the time we reach our bedtime story, I might have already talked you down to sleep. Have a good night!
