- Small Practices, Big Impact: It doesn’t take much—just a few minutes each day of stillness, whether it’s through meditation, a walk in nature, or simply taking time to breathe. I’ve found that small, consistent moments of quiet can truly help us tap into our deeper wisdom.
- The Tools We Already Have: We each carry the tools for self-discovery within us—whether it’s through breathing, journaling, or pulling an angel card for guidance. I’ve discovered how important it is to take time for silence and listen to what’s inside. The answers we seek are often right there, waiting for us to hear them.
