Empower Period - transforming period fear into freedom

Empower Period aims to empower young people across the UK to lead their own advocacy projects with the overall goal of ending period shame in their communities and at a national level. The Empower Period Podcasts provide all those passionate about periods, leadership and social change, with a series of free, fun, online resources that aim to explore diversity within menstrual experience, as well as share learning and advice on how YOU can act NOW to lead your community from period fear to freedom. Empower Period is an Act for Change funded campaign led by non-profit organisation Irise International, who believe in a world where no one is held back by their period.
