I'm gonna jump right into the content with you have got some things I will announce in the back end. But I hope you'll enjoy this episode because it was inspired by a conversation I had with two of the gentleman that said pretty much the exact same thing to me. And I could totally relate. And I believe that I could tell the relates. And if they're both of them feeling it, I guarantee you there is a high percentage of my listening audience. They can relate to this as well. All right, so I'm gonna talk to you guys about how to adopt or how to change your mindset and adopt a Joseph mentality. How to adopt a Joseph mentality. So let me set this up properly for you guys. It makes some sense. So as I'm having this conversation with you got these guys, both of them say to me. But it's in separate conversations. Two different phone calls 1/2. But the main thing that I could tell you guys is both of them had the same desires. Both of them had. Don't like the God had a calling on their life. God given them a vision of being free from a job and not working for someone else and actually pursuing the vision that God had placed inside of their hearts. And that was definitely without a job. And both of them would say, this kind of statement of, you know, I just need to make enough income outside of my job so that I can actually pursue my own career, my own business outside of my job or get get rid of this job and the way they would say the almost the feeling of what they were saying. I used to say the same thing the way they said it basically made its unlike that they were in prison, their job held them captive and the jailer was down. The whole had the had the keys or the best wagon. But it is at whole tire image on the wires in my head right now. But I could just see the, you know, the Pirates to care. Being you know, that dog that's the sitting there that has the he's in his mouth, and those pirates are leading outside outside of the house of the door. Say, your dog. You don't get a career pooch career and the dogs not moving a muscle. Well, that's exactly the kind of feeling or the mind said that they had, as I was saying there talking to them. And, you know, again, I used to have the same kind of mindset. I used to have the same kind of thoughts. And I'm here to tell you that if you'll do this, if you'll adopt a Joseph mindset, I promise you your life will radically change. And God's timing God's favor. God's blessing will manifest in your life right where you're at. Okay, so let's jump into this. Okay? The Joseph. So how do I want to go with this. I want to talk. I want to let you guys know that Joseph had this mindset of You know what? Wherever I'm at, I'm okay with it. Lord orders my steps. I'm gonna maximize what I'm doing right here and be the very best that I could be. Be the most faithful with where I'm at. Because if I know that I'm going faithful it, I will abound with blessings that's actually in proverbs. Ah, proper. About This is a man that is faithful with abound, with blessings. Now, here's what happened. Joseph Joseph got a dream, Got a vision, but he did not allow his vision to become his god or be the thing that he was pursuing. Onley Watch this. Now, Joseph, basically, once he was sold into slavery. You don't hear him talk about how the he was trying to get out of you know what he was in pursue this dream. If anything, he only talked about how he was falsely accused and how that he didn't deserve to be down in prison. That's one time that you did. But in that time, Joseph took on a mentality of guess what? I am in training right now. The vision of the God had placed inside of him. Joseph did not pursue it. He actually said. You know what? I'm going into training right now so that when the when the actual vision emerges or the I'm burst into my destiny or this vision that God has for me, I'll be ready for it. This was the mindset. And as I was saying, they're talking to these gentlemen. I quickly stole them. I said, Hey, look, listen, guys, when you're in your job and then because I told us I used to have the same thoughts, I promise you, I remember I used to sometimes going to say I hate my job. I remember those words coming out of my mouth. I remember. So they're thinking I was a prison. And why is God putting me into this? You know, Egypt or in this wilderness experience, you know, why don't I have to be here? I want to be out. I want to be free to pursue the vision that you've placed inside of the Lord. That's what I was the cry of my heart. But it took me years to finally realize that was the wrong mindset. I remember gentlemen talking it from stage one time and he said this. He said, Look, if you can't be faithful on your job, how can you expect to be faithful in your own business? You can't have one or the other. You have to be faithful, period. And what he said that it hit me like a two by four. I'm like, he's right. I can't be one of the other. I have to be excellent. I have to be faithful right where I'm at and I have to adopt a mind set off, teach ability. I have to adopt a mindset. You know what I am going to learn as much as I can learn. I mean, it says in Proverbs 13 18 says poverty and shame shall be to him. They refuses instruction, but he the regarded reproved shall be honor. It also says in a Jose of 46 it says Jose, have 46 Here we go. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge because now is rejected knives. I also reject you. So here's Here's my deal with you guys. Okay, it's gonna bottom line this if you're not adapting. You're not utilizing a teachable mindset where that you're in training for that vision for that dream the goddess placed inside of you, you're gonna stay there or you're gonna of birth and Ishmael by trying to get out of your job on your own. Like the one gentleman I was talking to. You know, he's he does he's got all these different things that he's doing and he's successful that, you know, he said there. He said that, You know, I just I just feel like that, you know? I just haven't reached the calling. The guys called me to, you know, because of my job, that I'm still in this and I told us that. Look, man, take what you've got right now in your job and begin and learn from it. You know, almost view your job as a university PhD master's program that guess what they're paying you to take these courses. The God is paying you prepare you for your destiny. You're getting an education for free. But actually, that education is being paid to you. That job is paying you toe learn. Adopt this Joseph in town because Joseph Onley grew more and more in every place he was that he took over an estate. He became the head haunt show underneath Potter for under this estate. He went on from there to actually taking over a prison, basically becoming the number two man under the warden of the prison. And the Lord favored him. And every single place you was that I remember me being in regional meetings said they're watching how and I've started to adapt this mind said that. Guess what? I've got to learn this. I've got I'm in training right now. I'm learning how to adopt, adapt to this and learn how to apply this in my own business down the road because I'm gonna have salespeople. I'm gonna have people. They're going to be working for me, and I've got to learn how to equip them. Now sit there in these regional meanings. Watch my regional manager watch my district manager and how they would orchestrate these meetings and how they run their meetings. And I sit there and say, OK, that's good right there. I don't want to do that yet. That's good right there. I do want to do that. I would just do this now, and I would just I would learn from all this and gang, I'm telling you, God's gonna give you the dream. But he's also Kenyan training. It's it's just part of this package deal he's never taken. One of he's never has taken one of his people. Nobody, nobody but even Jesus himself, OK? I mean, Jesus had 30 years to prepare for a 3.5 year ministry. But what What makes you sit there and think that you know, you being in your job for 2 to 3 to four years, It's gonna be It's just you're in a prison. Come on, guys, get out of your own way. Start to adapt. Get that Joseph mindset so that you can actually become the head so that you can actually, you know, understand. And as your faithful with right where you're at, guess what. God can promote you. God can pour out blessings and favor on your life that guess what you will benefit from. You know what, guys? You've heard me say this and I'm just gonna say it again. All right, that if you don't have toe work for your salvation, if you don't have toe work for your healing if you don't work for your deliverance. And you know what, guys? You heard me say You don't have to work for your money. You know what? Here's another thing, guys. You don't have to work for the manifestation of your dream about that. If you'll be faithful with the grace that you're given for today and have that Joseph mind said that you're gonna learn from where you're at, so that whenever Joseph was definitely elevated to being the second in command under under under ah, Pharaoh and running a whole entire country, it didn't catch my own car. He was ready for that. You could be the same way God's going to do it. Yeah, I know. There might be days where you're like, I really wish that I was out of this job. I get it. I've been there, too. But if you'll be faithful right where you're at, I promise you guys, it'll manifest in the right timing and you'll be ready for it. I mean, right now I'm living proof of that. I've actually I'm actually living my dream. I can literally say Right now I am living my dream and I It looked It definitely looked a little different than what I thought it was gonna look.
