Here is your host, Christian entrepreneur Tyler McCarty. So what's going on? Success as listeners. Tom Car Coming at you. Episode 1 50 four. All right, I'm back in Atlanta. It's a little chilly here in Atlanta right now, but very excited. Be back. I was actually gone since Monday early morning, and I just got back Thursday. And so I'm driving back home after a great conference that I had. It was for the Future Educator Education and Technology Conference. So just great conference great group of ah, you know, educators that are down that way really from all of the country. They were down there really tryingto figure out the technology side of things. But on top of all that, you really tryingto figure out furniture as well. I saw a lot of furniture manufacturers like ourselves down there that are very progressive and that are actually doing very well. Anyway, the reason I wanted to chat with you guys was again. We are talking about faith and, you know, this whole entire the reason behind faith. The reason why Faith, uh, in my opinion, um, is probably outside of your walk of love. All right. Outside of your walk of love that you have in the kingdom, one of the probably. Yeah, I'll go and say this. One of the most important things that you could actually study or understand or gains insights or be around other people is how to apply faith how faith works. How does the, you know, how does your walk of faith happen? Because it says clearly in the word in multiple places. And it's not just in one place. In multiple places, the just the righteous shall live by faith. All right? And you know, our faith is not a religion. Uh, this is this is who we are. And this is what we believe and how we operate alright in the kingdom, because as a kingdom citizen, you know, really? You know, whatever. Whatever country you currently live in, you're actually if you're if you're born again. Believer, then you were actually have been burst or you were burst into a new kingdom. A new government. And that new government is an unseen government. Unseen kingdom in that kingdom is actually superior to really this earth curse system that, you know you're a part of all right? Or that you live in. That's why you know, it says that, you know, Paul talks about how that, you know, we're we're aliens, you know where we don't really You know, this is in our home and so forth. Well, that is a very true statement, but at the same time, currently, right now, uh, you know, if you're listening to this podcast you guys gonna sign before you guys got a purpose for you and you know, you as a kingdom citizen are called to actually bring in the place that you're at basically to develop kingdom or to develop the garden. Ah, atmosphere and bring in that peace. Justice righteousness, you know, love into an area. And the way you do that, the way the kingdom has demonstrated the way that you know, kingdom things are actually moved from, you know, the unseen to the scene. The bridge, The current C of that is your faith. Okay. And you know what is faith? Great question. Glad you asked. Faith is what you believe. All right? And what, you believe that belief in action? It has the final authority in your life. All right. It is belief in action of Read a book a long time ago. I probably good for me to go back and read it again. But that book book was actually titled How Faith Works by Frederick Price. Dr. Frederick Price, Fantastic book. And you know, his boil down simple definition of faith was belief in action. That was faith. So today I wanna, you know, talk about that. Your faith has to have a voice or the way that you, you know, get or activate Your faith is with your mouth. All right. And so as I'm driving here, I'm you know, this like what we always do. We're gonna chitchat about this and things that I've learned along the way. So the in mark, Chapter 11 verse 22. There's a very key phrase that Jesus says in there. He says they have faith in God. Okay, now and other translations That also translates to have the God kind of faith Or have God's faith. You might say, Tyler, how in the world we're gonna have God's faith. There's no way in the world that I could have God's faith. Well, here's a great question. Do you have the Holy Spirit living in you? Yes. Is okay. You know what? You are in power. What if you're one of your kingdom inheritance? As a child of the most high, God is you receive, you know, the enabling power from the Holy Spirit to walk in faith. All right, at the same level. And I know that when you say when I hear me say this is gonna go where you kidding me? No, I'm not kidding you. You have the same ability to walk in the same faith that Jesus walked in when he was a man fully full on man on this earth. Yeah. You can actually lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. You could actually raise the debt. You can actually, um, make the blind to see you can actually, uh, you know, have deliverance happen, you know, for you in a situation. You can Actually, there's so many of you know, if you need provisions, you can have provisions, you know, as you need it. Jesus had all these things, and he operated through faith as a mortal man Fully on that. So says in Philippians two that he didn't You know, he put down his, you know God, like, you know, a person, a person inside of him. And he actually was full on man. Now, with all that being said, let's go back to mark chapter 11. So that scenario Jesus had got done speaking to a fig tree the day before because they had no figs on it, and he cursed it. Uh, and the next day, the disciples were walking by, and I think it was Peter had noticed that roots of the tree were dried up when that tree was dead. So as as a as I kind of unpack this with you. So what does it mean? And Jesus Clueless. As when Giovanni Peter, when we go back to that yeah. When Peter says there, whenever he goes Hey, you know Jesus. Yo, dude, this is tree just got, you know, curse yesterday and now is dead. That is a doornail. All right, Graveyard dead as Jerry Klauer would clearly say. And, um, Jesus says, turns around him, Says we'll have had the god kind of faith have have the god kind of way of doing things. Have faith in God. And, you know, then Jesus goes on to say, you know, he kind of tells you, you know, if you have, you know, speak to your mountain and call it be removed and cast into the sea. And if you believe in your heart, what you say will come to pass that you will have what you say and, you know, believe and receive what you ask in prayer. And you shall have something to that nature right there. Now all of that right there is probably the best summation of how to operate in faith. If you wanted a place to meditate on for next month or so the 22 23 24 those three verses, right? There could be your be all end all of just meditating on the scriptures. So what is the god kind of faith? How does God operate? Alright, how does God, you know, work in this work? Well, it says in Romans, Chapter four, I think it's verse 17. It says God calls those things that are nonexistence, as if they already existed. All right, so different translations calls God. Verse says God calls those things that be not as though they are. All right, so let's look at some examples. How about that? All right, so some examples, the best example, the very first example is go back to Genesis, chapter one. And as you're looking that you know, James, Chapter one, Justice chapter one clearly goes, you know, in the beginning, uh, you know, uh, God in the beginning, you know, God was, you know, there's no avoid for whatever it was. I don't have a Bible. I'm not like breeding of anyway, that says the spirit was hovering over the depth or the deep right, and nothing was happening. It was darkness right now. God, So light didn't exist, all right? There was no light, and God turns around and says light be in light. Waas that is calling those things that be not as though they were in God said it with his mouth. So your faith, if the God kind of faith. God kind of way of faith works is God calls or speaks or says those things that maybe not exist right now in the physical. But they calls them out and produces them in the from the unseen to the scene. And I hope this making sense sec So this is how faith is activated. If you read back it actually into the, you know, scripture vs of that mark 11. You know, that verse I think is 23 or 2024? You know, it says that, you know, you know, whatever you believe, you know for believe that you received, and you shall have it something of that nature. Well, one of the easy ways to confess or one of the we just ways to activate your faith is, I believe, and receive my finances, You know, to be have more than enough finance to pay my bills on time and more than enough toe, you know, bless other people. And you need to have a scripture back that up so you can feed your faith with that. All right, But you just say I believe it received that. That is a those 44 let forwards, right. There are probably the very best thing you could say to activate your faith. You know, if there's a dream or goal or something inside your heart. Ah, business idea or something. You know, that might seem bigger than you then. Best words that could be spoken out of your mouth if that dream or vision or, you know, thing that you need to believe for is I believe and receive, you know, my healing I believe and receive, You know, the deliverance that needs to take place in this lawsuit that's coming against whatever it is that you need. Okay. And then you need to find the scripture that you're basing your faith. All right, so this there's a to side According to that, this is not just said they're going, I believe a stream of healing. And then if I come to say well, what scripture you believe in for? I don't know. That ain't working that way. All right. You've got to know your law abiding citizen ship needs to know what promise is out there are you know that you can claim so that if you go before the judge, all right of almighty God and say Hey, right here. Lord, you say that by your stripes, I'm healed according to Isaiah, 53 5 Well, the judge says that then you know what? This is the law of the land. You know what you believe and received it, then it's got there's gonna have to happen and you don't have the ball in Squall. You don't have to beg and plead for any of those things that happen. You don't have to beg God to do it. It's just a law, just like, you know, If someone came and well, back up getting off, subject the other thing, you know? And it kind of ties back into the last weeks or the prior 11 53. And that absolute 133 was You know, this whole entire thing of you've got to feed your faith, all right? One of the things that has to happen is Jesus says very clearly that out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. Okay, how to be a bunch of the heart. The mouth speaks. So if you going back to last week's episode, if all you've been putting in your heart is destruction chaos? Basically, What if you let me just make it very clear if all you watch is CNN? You know, NBC, You watch any kind of, you know, TV show or movies all the time that, you know, blood Gore, You know, anything that is contrary to the kingdom, all right, or the word of God and all you do is you feed yourself your eye gate in your ear gate with those things. Then guess what you're out of. The abundance of the heart. The mouth speaks out. I was with, you know, a group of people you know, a couple a couple weeks a couple nights ago. And, you know, everybody was just up in arms about all this, you know, bad weather or this, you know, sub arctic freezing cold. Whether that was happening up in the northern parts of, you know, the United States. And yeah, it was all it was was just negative, negative, negative, because that was all they were sitting there watching and feeding, feeding themselves with. And, you know, unfortunately, not a single one of them I ever heard says, Hey, you know what? That's going to be cold, but You know what, man? God's gonna protect us. Guys got our back. I believe I put my faith and trust and no weapon formed against me. No cold weather formed against me shall prosper. Something like that. I mean, something positive. Something that is going to be uplifting to come out of their mouth because when circumstances come and they will come what? And you get squeezed? What's going to come out of your mouth? I go back toe. You know, the quick story. That really kind of opened my eyes up to this whole entire thing. That out of the bunch of the heart, the mouth is going to speak thinking, you know, applying my faith was whenever I had been meditating on Philippians 4 19 for about two or three months. And I had a financial situation come up where that I didn't have enough money a to the end of the week and I needed to pay some bills. And some checks were already written as well. And in my mind, I knew better than to let anything come out of my mouth. It was contrary to the word of God. It knew that much, and but because I had been planting or been meditating on the word then without me having to think. And it's almost like that situation squeezed me, aware that out of the abundance of my heart came Well, this is that what I said? Well, my guy so supply all of my needs according to his riches glory in Christ Jesus. And I believe because of that. And this is my belief that that seed came up all right, that that seat came up in the manifestation of it was very evident because about two or three minutes later, I get a phone call from that former employer that I had, you know, months, months prior, that owed me money for a couple of sales that I had made working for working for them. And, you know, that was out of my out of the abundance of my heart. That's what came out. So what? Whenever you get squeezed, what's that that comes out of your mouth? Because that shows me where your faith this you know, I always I remember a gentleman. Very wise, wise gentleman. That was ah, great businessman. He would always hear, you know, he would be teaching up on stage and he said, Yeah, just give me about five minutes with somebody and talking to them and just listening to them and ask them questions about themselves and so forth. And I could tell you pretty much where they're at in life and kind of the chaos is going on in the light and where the life's gonna go. All right? Okay. And, you know, that was a sobering thing to me, that holy cow. You know, I have learned to do this to me. You know, if I'm talking to somebody and if that person is not really, you know, one to be very teachable or is not looking to be teachable, And I just have to let him just spout out of the mouth, you know, just listen to with them. Probably 235 minutes or whatever it is. I can really tell what? What level of life there in. Okay, uh, and it's just not a very fun thing. You have to stay there, Especially someone that I really love. I mean, I love everyone, but really, I you know, I'm close to them and I hear them talking just just all this crap. So the next thing that you have to change to be able to get your faith activated is you know what it says in Proverbs chapter. What is 18? I believe it says death and life in the power of the tone. So you know what you're putting in, All right, it's gonna come out now, you got you. All of a sudden, you may have been made aware of this. And now you're like, OK, what I gotta do. And I remember my wife and I came and I we would sit there and start policing each other. It's just what we did was our policing each other and say, saying, You know, if we heard something negative come out of our mouth and we knew that was contrary to what God's word said we'd say, Really? Is that what you want to see? Come to pass, You know, so way would catch ourselves, you know, really kind of saying, Whoa, I better not be saying foolish things that are contrary to the word of God because, you know, I've learned, you know, and I did a whole entire episode. Ah, a little while back about, you know, your words Activate, you know, on Djelic forces on your behalf or they activate demonic forces on your behalf. It's just part of the way this world works. And sorry, it's just it's just how how it all happens now, the whole entire thing about speaking. Stop speaking. You know, death. You've got to you. A lot of times I hear people, you know, just sit there and say Man that you know, they don't even know they're saying these things and work some of these things they say, Here's some common things that I hear You know, man, Man, my feet are killing me or my back's killing me or man, it's flu season. I know that. I'm probably gonna get the flu right, or I hear this of, you know, You know, man, you crack me up or, you know, you're like the joke. They think they're joking about this, But your your subconscious, your spirit man cannot take a joke. Guys, it just can't. And you know, you're activating things that really shouldn't be happening in your life. Um, you know, same. It's like, Man, that's real expensive. One usedto, you know, I got to catch myself Well, I go and tell myself right here. A couple weeks ago, actually, was in a week ago. Maybe we can half ago I was sitting in the chair getting my hair cut, and it was just kind of catching up with my stylist that, you know, she's called my hair a couple different times. So she kind of knows my kids and I were just talking about the holidays and traveling during the holidays, and we got to talking about, you know, taking an airplane, right? So Amy and I, we've thought about taking an airplane to Indiana, where Amy's family lives and, you know, instead of us making the big 12 hour drive every Christmas up there, we thought about this. And, you know, as I was sitting there talking to her, I could hear myself saying these things like, Yeah, it is pretty expensive, you know? Or, you know, it's not exactly cheap toe have to fly, you know, up there. And I'm sitting there. I literally catch myself saying these things and I'm going in my head after that just came out of my mouth. I'm like, man Lord, please forgive me. This exactly kind of love that on my breath and my hair style. She's She's just like ha ha, yeah, yeah, it is, you know, it's just agree with me, she says herself says yes, it is pretty expensive, you know, flying. You know, it's rested with the number of kids that you have so forth. And you know, man, I mean, if I'm the head and the tail, if I'm above only not beneath If I, you know in my Kingdom citizen you know I have more than enough money to to do what I need, but I feel called to do. And it's not. Nothing is ever too expensive. Nothing, right? Nothing. And I mean, I had to catch myself and ask for forgiveness and even tell Amy and like, sweetheart, you know, way need to change what we're talking about. Another name. He had done this, but trying to We're talking about about saying things because not faith filled words. It's something Amy and I we know we want to do. We know we're going to do this, and so we need to go and say, I believe in received that we're able to go fly up to Indiana because according Toa flipping 4 13 My God supplies all of my needs. According average Lord Kerr, she's There you go. That's what you say. That right there is, you know, is exactly what we need to be confessing. Because our God does supply all of our needs because we're on assignment way. Know that were part of the Ellis family way. No, we is a blessing for us to be able to go up there and take our family. We want to bless Mr Marcellus and honor them because we know a lot of people that live far away from, you know, their relatives and they don't come home. You know, one of the reasons is money and that I probably that was probably my next podcast is, you know, faith of money. All right? Yeah. I think that's where the hole is first direct to me, but again, they won't come home, Teoh, And you know, to me, is honoring you know, my in laws and allowing Amy Toe honor her and her mom and dad and her family by us going up there to them. And that's just part of the deal and way No, that guy's supplies us So I just give you an example of Tyler. Even Tyler yet mean has to police my mouth has to watch out with what I say and, you know, successes, community. I mean, that's that's it right there. When you activate your faith, you activated by what you say. What you say is what you believe. Case close. That's it. Because even how you got saved as a you know, you believed in your heart you received Jesus Christ, your Lord and Savior. The way you did that is you believe in your heart and you confess with your mouth. You had to say it out loud. So sec that that's it in a nutshell, right there. That's these are just examples of things that I know that I've done in the past. And I continued to do I have to continue to do this and, you know, it's I have to cap the negative. That's why the last episode I just talked about is very important about you capping the negative and, you know, feeding your faith. And, you know, putting enough good stuff in that really.
