She has been in the education sector for 13 years and has been exposed to both local and international communities in the Philippines, as a student, teacher, and administrator.
Nicolai graduated as a "Master in Learning and Teaching" and recently went back to her hometown of Baguio and became the Principal of a Filipino-Chinese school, leading 40 teachers and staff, and 600 students.
