That was a"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":248.88,"endTime":253.14,"body":"program which I helped lead for"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":248.88,"endTime":253.14,"body":"several years. And gosh, there"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":253.14,"endTime":257.49,"body":"were so many instances where a"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":253.14,"endTime":257.49,"body":"founder was either you know,"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":257.49,"endTime":259.74,"body":"straight out of school"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":257.49,"endTime":259.74,"body":"presenting an idea or someone"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":259.74,"endTime":262.11,"body":"had been in the industry for 30"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":259.74,"endTime":262.11,"body":"years and I want to come back"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":262.11,"endTime":265.26,"body":"and change something. There are"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":262.11,"endTime":265.26,"body":"so many instances that I got"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":265.26,"endTime":268.77,"body":"that spark and actually you"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":265.26,"endTime":268.77,"body":"probably look up that portfolio"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":268.77,"endTime":271.71,"body":"every company that made it into"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":268.77,"endTime":271.71,"body":"that program was one that you"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":271.71,"endTime":273.9,"body":"know sparked  when they"},{"speaker":"Mariquit Corcoran","startTime":271.71,"endTime":273.9,"body":"presented to me."},{"speaker":"Tara Thurber","startTime":274.11,"endTime":278.85,"body":"Right.
