Evil is real. We see it on the news every week—innocent lives lost, communities broken, families grieving. And if you’re like me, it leaves you asking: God, where are You in all this?

That was me watching the headlines this week. The weight of it hit me—not just the tragedy itself, but the way it made me question: how do we hold on to hope when the world feels so dark?

And then it hit me: the Cross looked like the greatest evil in history. The Son of God, betrayed, beaten, killed. But even there—especially there—God wasn’t absent. He was right in the middle of it, fighting for us.

In this episode, we wrestle with tragedy and evil—but also with the unshakable truth that God has not abandoned us. He’s still present, still redeeming, still bringing light into the darkness.
