Dr. Nicole Wieberneit is a GTM executive, Doctor of Economics, and co-founder of Scalelium, with 25 years of experience building repeatable, scalable revenue in complex B2B ecosystems across Microsoft, SAP, and enterprise partner networks.
At Microsoft she grew MarTech ARR from $1 million to $150 million, accelerated Low Code to $800 million ARR, built $250 million in pipeline in 18 months for AI-led solutions, and led the CDP GTM launch to 205% of global target — the second best product launch in Business Applications history. She created Microsoft's first global cross-solution GTM playbook, multiplying ASP 4x and accelerating deal velocity 3x.
Currently VP and Global Head of Microsoft Partnerships at Valtech, Nicole is also a former competitive downhill skier from the German Alps who brings the same precision and obsession with performance to her leadership as she did to the slopes.
