Christian Ponder
Christian Ponder is a former NFL quarterback and the founder and CEO of The Post, a community built for athletes navigating life beyond the game. A first-round draft pick out of Florida State, Christian spent six seasons in the NFL with the Minnesota Vikings, Oakland Raiders, and San Francisco 49ers, and later served as a college football color commentator for ESPN.
After his playing career, Christian experienced firsthand the identity questions, loss of structure, and community void that so many athletes face in transition challenges that inspired him to build The Post and its "Athlete Operating System."
