070 Breastfeeding to Sleep

“Hey honey, I was at the pediatrician today and the nurse told me that I shouldn’t let our little guy nurse and fall asleep.  She said that will start bad habits and I should put him to sleep while he is still awake so he can learn to go to sleep on his own.  I feel awful!  I have been doing it wrong all this time.  Do you think I have ruined everything?”
