Wisdom From The Coop
Who am I? Why am I here? Why is suffering a part of life? Wisdom from the Coop is a compilation of creative conversations about many of life’s questions. The host, Betsy Charles is a hip-hop dancing, Adidas wearing, veterinary radiologist who wants to change the world. She has a unique perspective on how to live, due to having walked through the valley of the shadow of death with her beloved late husband. The co-host, Clay Maranville, is a college kid who has benefited from having Betsy as a boss and mentor. He wants other young people to jump into the conversation, so they can consider what it means to live into who they are. Along the way, we will invite many others to share their perspectives on the questions we will ask. Everyone is welcome here! Bring your whole self into this space. We hope to create a community of connected people interested in exploring what it means to thrive.

Losing someone is never an easy thing, especially when it is a young child. It is a tough thing to put into words the good that can come from loss, the beauty in suffering as we have talked about before. Join us as we talk with Henry and Mel, two of Betsy's best friends as we hear how they dealt with not only the loss of their child, but their best friend Drake.
