Coach Wes Chapman is the Athletic Director and Head Boys Basketball Coach at Tom Bean High School. Coach Chapman is a graduate of Sam Rayburn HS and has turned the Tomcats into a perennial playoff team in his time as Head Boys Basketball Coach at Tom Bean.
