Grant is in his first season as the video coordinator for the Arkansas Little-Rock Men's Basketball program.
Grant spent time as a student assistant under Tubby Smith at Chris Beard at Texas Tech as well as a graduate assistant at Memphis for Tubby Smith and Penny Hardaway. Grant discusses his experiences in college basketball and what he has learned from different coaches.
