In my opinion, getting or receiving the perfect Christmas gift is far better than receiving a favorite or an memorable Christmas gift. Would you like to receive a perfect Christmas gift every day of your life? Well, I was about six years old when I personally wanted a Christmas gift, which my biological dad had purchased for me. Uh, at that time I like a child. I really believed in Santa Claus and discovered later, within two years that it was a lie. Nevertheless, my favorite Christmas gift was going to be mine, all mine. My favorite cowboy at that age of six years old was Hopalong Cassidy who had a horse whose name was topper. So I'm really dating myself because I suppose, uh, not that more than 80% of today's United States population has ever heard of this movie and TV star. Okay. Take it out if you want to. Okay. On that Christmas morning, at the age of six, I went to look under the Christmas tree to see if my favorite Christmas gift was there. The operative word is my in mine and not yours or anybody else's. And to expect that gift was good news of promise to me. And it was to me only, but I discovered as I got older, it's pretty difficult to find a Christmas gift that would please everyone. If the person would accept that perfect gift People of all ages from everywhere in the world of every nation and every background are really frustrated while hoping and expecting for a perfect gift in life. Therefore, that, which is perfect is for everyone. But that, which is favorite might just be for you only when we are children, we think like children, and it's fairly easy to know what our favorite Crick, Christmas gift he is. I mean, you have something on your heart and that's all that you want. And you're not thinking about anyone else because it's your favorite. But we grow up in life and life becomes more challenging and complicated. And what we really desire when we are growing and maturing is a life which is classified as perfected and perfecting. We need a perfecting gift in life and not only on one day a year like Christmas, but every day, would you like to have a perfecting Christmas day, every day with the perfecting gift, if you and I were to go to look in the book of Luke, the gospel of Luke chapter two verses eight, nine, and 10, we would see something very special.

From the book of Luke chapter two, verses eight, nine, and 10, and knew the King James version. It says, and there were in the same country, which that region was of the city of Bethlehem in that same country and region shepherds were abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And this believed that they were taking shifts and lo and behold, the angel of the Lord came upon them. And his glory was shown about them. And they were very afraid. And the angel said unto them, don't fear for behold. This angel said, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. Did you notice that there in the last section of verse number 10, it said great joy, which would be to all people? Well, if this joy is going to be to all people, this joy had to be a perfecting joy. It could not be a favorite joy, but a perfecting joy. Jesus is your perfecting joy. He is the gift of God to you. Who's bringing you eternal life receive God's perfect gift in Jesus Christ and Merry Christmas.
