Vhon started his environmental activism in 2015 after his National Science Quest journey and contemplating on what happened during the 2013 super-typhoon haiyan disaster that devastated his island. He currently organizes with Zero Hour and serves as the Director for Zero Hour Asia and founded Zero Hour Philippines.
