Young, Gifted & Black Episode with Managing Partner at the Publicis Group, Eddie Adedeji

This is an enjoyable podcast interview, not just for the up & coming but for us that are a few years older too, don’t get me wrong, Eddie isn’t ancient as he’s similar age to me…lol we grew up when the world was a different place to what it is now, we get into that as well as his rise to being Managing Partner at Publicis. 

Eddie was calm, super – super cool, his demeanour remained stellar throughout this episode, he came with invaluable insights including the importance of how his actions of “persistence & passion” saw him land his first gig in the world of advertising which was massively a white dominated sector at that time. His early years in Newcastle was great to hear, I listened and imagined how cool it would’ve been to of been his mate as we had so many similar interests with football, clothes & music.
