Rand takes care of some unfinished business in Far Madding, but not without a price. By the time the women pull him and Lan out of the coals it's too late, and Rand has taken some more emotional knocks.
But he's all business as he leads the now combined party from Far Madding to everyone's favourite cursed city to perform the single greatest feat of channelling performed in this age. And the Forsaken won't have it! Battles ensue...
