This is the first episode of Medical Month this November. I had an amazing time with Dr.Bhanote, a triple board certified physician with expertise in Integrative Medicine and Pathology. She also has expertise in culinary medicine and mindset coaching! We had an amazing time discussing what Integrative medicine is, the fundamentals of culinary medicine, and the importance of maintaining a holistic approach in medicine!
