In this episode we interview Dr David Purves, a Consultant Chartered Counselling Psychologist, a qualified psychotherapist, an accredited CBT therapist and he is also a Chartered Scientist who has spent over 20 years developing tools that have helped thousands of people both in the NHS and also in the private sector. He is  frequently asked by the media for interviews and acts as an expert psychologist recommended by the British Psychological Society on matters of disaster and trauma.
