It can feel as though you are playing a game of Tetris! Juggling the needs and expectations of your customers, users and stakeholders; in order to provide a roadmap for the whole organisation to rally around. But also having to keep the focus on the product vision, desired roadmap outcomes and being aligned with the business goals.
