Product roadmapping can be challenging at times, especially when having a portfolio of products and many different target customers or segments. It can feel as though you are playing a game of Tetris! Juggling the needs and expectations of your customers, users and stakeholders; in order to provide a roadmap for the whole organisation to rally around. But also having to keep the focus on the product vision, desired roadmap outcomes and being aligned with the business goals.
In this episode I am joined by Esin Over, Global Senior Product Manager at HSBC, and we explore some of the tools and techniques for effective roadmapping, drawing from past experiences that have worked well and not so well!
