As many companies made covid-related cuts, Red, as a contractor, was let go. After taking a few days to decompress, Red immediately started applying for new positions in his field. In this episode, we talk about the ups and downs Red experienced interviewing during a pandemic and how it has changed his outlook on life.
More generally, we talk about how there are less career opportunities which check all the boxes nowadays and how finding the balance between work and life is becoming more difficult.
