The Light Beneath the Illusion: Finding Truth in a Polarized World
The veil between illusion and reality grows thinner by the day. Like Truman Burbank discovering his manufactured world, many of us are awakening to the carefully constructed narratives that have shaped our perception of reality for generations.
This awakening brings both promise and peril. As we stand at the threshold of revelations about our true history, hidden technologies, and cosmic connections, the need for genuine discernment has never been greater. Yet most remain trapped in polarity consciousness – emotionally reacting to news stories, defending beliefs as identity, and unable to see beneath surface-level information.
The universe offers us a profound solution through its very structure. By understanding light as the fundamental building block of our reality, we discover that duality isn't about judgment but exploration. Light's sine waves, oscillating equally above and below a central line, reveal that contrast is essential to our evolution. Every peak requires a valley; every experience contributes to our growth.
Sacred geometry unlocks this wisdom further. The Vesica Pisces – formed when two circles intersect – creates the mathematical foundation for light itself through the meeting of electric and magnetic forces. This ancient symbol represents the integration of opposites and the birth of new consciousness, a process that raises our vibrational frequency and allows us to ascend to higher dimensional awareness.
The path forward lies in what Buddhists call "the middle way" – finding the neutral space of the spiritual heart from which we can observe polarities without becoming entangled. This compassionate neutrality allows us to hold opposing viewpoints simultaneously, expanding our consciousness through integration rather than opposition.
As technologies emerge that could transform our world overnight and revelations challenge our most fundamental beliefs, will you defend your current perspective or embrace the uncomfortable edge where growth occurs? The universe has already encoded the answer in the very physics of light and consciousness – integration, not division, is how we evolve.

Take a deep breath and remember there's a power breathing you. This is your space of sanity in an evolving world, where we learn about spiritual law and how to apply it to our lives in a way that is practical and life-changing. This is where we remember truth to make the world a better place, one person at a time. I'm Claire Lottier, inspirational speaker, teacher of the technology of transformation and a certified life mastery consultant and spiritual growth mentor. Welcome to the Grace Space. We've entered a Truman Show-like reality. I suppose we were always living in one, but it's become extremely obvious now.
Speaker 1:If you haven't seen that movie, or if it's been a while, I recommend watching it. It's uncanny. It was also filmed in the idyllic town of Seaside, florida, not too far from where I grew up, and it's a place I enjoy strolling through when I go home for a visit. It looks exactly like the movie. The Truman Show is about a guy named Truman Burbank who's been living his whole life on a giant TV show without even knowing it. Everything around him his friends, his job, his wife, even his hometown is all a set. It's all set up by the show's creator, who has total control over his life as Truman starts to pick up on weird stuff happening and questions what's real. He sets off on a quest to break free from this totally fake world, and the director, the god of his world, does everything in his power to stop him until, finally, the power of Truman's spirit and his determination triumphs over all the control systems that were put into place to keep him from discovering who he really is and that it's all a game and that there's a much bigger world out there. That's where we are at the threshold of a much bigger reality, and with that comes a need for greater discernment and the ability to sense nuance and to look beneath the surface of things. We need to be able to recognize that our perception is being manipulated, and when and how.
Speaker 1:Unfortunately, the great majority of folks are currently still caught in polarity consciousness, caught up in their emotional reactions to stories that they hear on the news, and those emotions serve to deepen their positional entrenchment. In other words, they polarize themselves even more vis-a-vis other points of view. The only way to develop true discernment is to find the middle way. That's what the Buddhists would call it the middle way, the neutral place within from which we can observe the polarities without getting caught up in them, and far from being a cold place of detachment, this is the space of the heart, the spiritual hearts. I would make a distinction there. Our human heart sometimes is wildly reactive to things. Right, that's our emotionality. But the spiritual heart is a place of compassionate neutrality.
Speaker 1:And today we're going to talk about how the very nature of our universe, whose essence is light, supports us in this and is the means by which we move from living in polarity to returning to the pure and neutral space of the heart. In fact, it's baked right into the experience. We need access to this space more than ever now because, as our world opens up, we're going to be faced with many potential paths, multiple competing agendas, the seduction of technology, major revelations about our history, big stuff. So the potential for confusion is huge. We need to know how to find clarity and balance. Clarity and balance Do we have the courage to harness our inherent natural, esoteric, human abilities, or will we succumb to an artificial intelligence that threatens to absorb our essence, the very essence that makes us human? Soon, the veil that has obscured our connection to a vast galactic family will fall away, unleashing a flood of high technology and a cascade of revelations about who we are where we came from and why we're here. It's an amazing time to be alive, but lots of people are going to be scrambling let's say lots of beings are going to be scrambling for the control over that narrative.
Speaker 1:I remember reading a book when I was about 11, called Taking Terry Mueller. I found it. I went looking for it because I remembered the cover, and there it was that exact cover that I remembered. This book had an impact on me. It's about a girl named Terry who grows up thinking her dad is all she has. They move around a lot and she believes her mom died when she was a baby. But one day she stumbles upon a document that makes her question everything she's been told and as she starts to dig deeper, she discovers that her dad has been hiding a huge secret. He actually abducted her and there's a whole family looking for her.
Speaker 1:The story is a roller coaster of emotions as Terry grapples with betrayal and tries to find out who she really is. It's actually a heartbreaking read. I can still remember the feeling in my heart as Terry realizes her father is not the man she thought he was. Her disillusionment, her outrage, fear and despair that her whole life has been a lie. These feelings of disillusionment and betrayal are typical of what we call waking up. So it's what many of us are experiencing today. We're awakening to the truth that our real story might not have been what we were told. It's a collective Terry Mueller moment.
Speaker 1:The ones we were supposed to trust are revealed as not trustworthy, not worthy of our trust and, in the worst case, actually are captors. You know, it's just another story among many in our lore that center around characters who confront and ultimately challenge the narratives they've been given, with instances of people becoming aware of advanced technology becoming more common, we will soon gain awareness of innovations that could eradicate poverty, illness and pollution on the planet, basically all our major problems. These technologies were mastered long ago, not five years ago, not 10 years ago, go back to the 1950s, and they've been deliberately kept from the public or used for nefarious purposes, to keep us distracted and disempowered, or used for nefarious purposes to keep us distracted and disempowered. Any technology, as you know, can be used for good or ill, and reports of unidentified craft exhibiting capabilities beyond known human technology and lacking discernible means of propulsion have increased wildly in the last two, three years. Increased wildly in the last two, three years.
Speaker 1:Last week, I discussed the curated narratives that are fed to us through mainstream media, including the narrative suggesting we don't know what these things are, people scratching their heads don't know what that is, and implying that these kind of craft are a threat, that these kind of craft are a threat. One example is the so-called tic-tac UFO. Typically, the media features a bewildered pilot who witnessed the craft's capabilities and a panel of questioners or experts who are questioning its nature, subtly hinting at a potential threat. This narrative is designed to instill fear in viewers, highlighting the need to critically evaluate media messages number one. But reflecting on this, I mean let's consider that any civilization possessing far superior technology could easily conquer us if they intended to. They would have already done so in response to our aggressive behavior.
Speaker 1:Furthermore, people like Dr Stephen Greer, a leading authority on alien life and technology, who has briefed every US president since Clinton, reports that up to 75% of today's sightings of mysterious craft are actually human made. These craft have been reverse engineered from alien technology by companies like Lockheed, skunk Works and Raytheon and others, which operate beyond government oversight, and the Tic Tac UFO is one such example. It's one of ours, according to Dr Greer. It's one of ours and you've got people out there going oh, we don't know what this is. Well, maybe they don't know. Due to the highly compartmentalized nature of secret programs, many involved may be unaware of the broader illegal activities that they're contributing to. But come on, if we have access to this information, why don't members of Congress? Are they that incurious? It's challenging for them, probably, to obtain the information they need because bad actors run interference in the halls of power.
Speaker 1:The public is rarely presented with the complete truth, and perceptual manipulation involves mixing truth with mis or disinformation. The Tic Tac incident is a prime example of this kind of toxic information blend, making it very difficult to discern clarity, to find out the truth, amidst all the misinformation and disinformation. And, by the way, in case it's not clear, let's make the difference between misinformation and disinformation. Misinformation refers to false or inaccurate information that is spread regardless of intent to deceive. So often, misinformation arises from misunderstanding or misinterpreting the facts, and it's typically shared by people who believe it to be true. In contrast, disinformation is deliberately crafted and disseminated with the intention of deceiving or misleading people. Disinformation is often employed as a strategic tool to manipulate public perception or obscure the truth, thereby serving specific agendas or interests. So, while both can have detrimental effects, disinformation carries more you know, information carries more you know insidious purpose and potential for harm.
Speaker 1:So military insiders and whistleblowers have confirmed to people like Dr Stephen Greer that basically anything you see on Star Trek we already have in terms of technology, and we've had it for a long, long time. They actually have a name for it. They call it WSFM Weird Science and Freaking Magic Weird Science and Freaking Magic. This includes advanced propulsion systems, energy sources and even medical technologies that seem to defy the conventional laws of physics. So obviously we don't know everything. The existence of such technology raises profound questions about our potential as a species and the world that we could live in within one generation if these innovations were made available to the public.
Speaker 1:The realization that the solutions to many of humanity's major problems have existed since as early as the 1950s I don't know about you, but it stirs in me a mix of excitement, hope, wonderment and anger the prospect that such an amazing potential transformation is within reach and yet inaccessible. At the same time, it's remarkable, it's inspiring, it's infuriating, it's very frustrating. It's very frustrating, clearly, those who have exploited humans for our energy and subjected the population to thousands of years of financial servitude, existential suffering and a totally distorted way of agendas that are being pushed by the World Economic Forum, for example, are plainly anti-human, and they're not even trying to hide it anymore. Witness the recent incident I mean this really made my blood boil where tens of thousands of acres of protected rainforest in Brazil were bulldozed to construct a new highway leading to the COP30 climate conference in the city of Belém. The irony of destroying crucial habitats in the name of a conference aimed at addressing climate change, where a bunch of world leaders, many of whom will probably just fly in on their private jets why bother to build a highway? Get together to wag their fingers at us for our carbon footprint. I mean, that would be laughable if it were not for the sinister feeling that somebody's just laughing right in our faces. Sinister feeling that somebody's just laughing right in our faces. This should lead us to question the net zero carbon initiative, and I want you to notice if just the mere mention of the word carbon or net zero polarizes you and your mind immediately starts to assess what side of the political spectrum the speaker's on and so on. Look, this has nothing to do with politics, or liberalism or conservatism. All I care about is the pursuit of truth, and too often nowadays, people get shouted down just for questioning the mainstream narrative and they get labeled as extreme right, extreme left, conspiracy theorist, whatever just for questioning. And if you're not aware, the term conspiracy theorist was coined by the CIA at the time of the JFK assassination to immediately discredit anyone who did not accept the mainstream narrative. Now, all these years later, jfk files are about to come out mainstream narrative. Now, all these years later, gfk files are about to come out. Let's see what we find out.
Speaker 1:I just want you to notice and in saying so I'm reminding myself, because I am also sometimes apt to be reactive I just want us to notice the programming that comes up around what we've been told about, let's say, this one particular issue, carbon and what you believe. All right, you've come to believe in something we believe in, something based on what we've been told, especially if we haven't done our own research yet. All right, these are belief systems and we identify with them and they become part of our identity, and then we defend them, and that makes it very hard for us to actually get to the truth of any question and to look beyond the surface, beneath the surface of what's being told to us by figures of authority, and to ask ourselves if there might be something else going on. Just notice, guys, because this is exactly the point I'm trying to make when it comes to how we immediately, and often emotionally, polarize ourselves to one side of an argument and it blinds us to a potential problem. Right, it blinds us to the truth. It blinds us to what might be going on behind the scenes, and we need to first examine basic assumptions, such as what we've been told about carbon and its alleged role in what is now being called climate change. It was called global warming before. Remember that it was rebranded.
Speaker 1:So while net zero may appear to be a noble cause to combat climate change, it disguises more sinister intentions. The push for net zero carbon can translate into policies that restrict access to common resources, that increase surveillance, that increase surveillance and exert greater control over individual lifestyles. I mean, we breathe in oxygen. We breathe out carbon. It's like saying you breathe too much human. Under the guise of sustainability, there's a risk of imposing measures that limit personal freedoms and economic opportunities, particularly for the less, rather than genuine environmental stewardship or societal well-being, and they do it by making us feel guilty. So I just want us to notice. If there is a part of us that feels guilty and ashamed for being human because we breathe too much, there's too many of us. And while the pursuit of net zero carbon emissions is often highlighted as a pivotal strategy in combating climate change, it's essential to consider the broader spectrum of environmental challenges that also demand urgent attention and contribute significantly to the degradation of our planet's ecosystems, and yet they frequently escape the intense scrutiny directed at carbon reduction initiatives.
Speaker 1:All right, look, this episode is not about carbon or net zero. My point is that when such policies are imposed on humans, who really benefits? Because it doesn't seem like humans do. These measures often serve the interests of powerful entities and corporations rather than addressing the genuine needs and well-being of the general population. But if they can keep you confused and distracted, maybe you won't notice. And if we scratch the surface, there exists a darker reality Unseen masters let's call them who feed off human energy and who manipulate events and policies to maintain their power, exploiting our vitality for their own gain. It may seem like I'm painting a dark picture here own gain. It may seem like I'm painting a dark picture here, and I bet if you're a frequent listener to this podcast, you're not used to hearing me talk that way, but I'm trying to illustrate a point. Things have been hard for humanity for a long, long time and because they have been, we are susceptible, in our desperation to save ourselves, to have our powers of discernment clouded when we are offered solutions. Right Problem reaction solution. We need to understand the nature of our universe and the importance of noticing when we are polarized and cannot be objective or see beneath the surface, especially as the complexity of our reality increases. I don't take a dark view of things, actually, however painful it was for me personally when I woke up. I celebrate this time.
Speaker 1:Like I always say, we signed up for this On the higher level. We agreed to this challenge because we are equal to the task, because it is the biggest challenge that we could ever be given in this universe of light and in fact, these challenges that we face are built right into the structure of our universe. The building blocks or construct of our universe is light and if you study light, it explains everything about why things are the way they are, why we have our ups and downs and our ins and outs, and the law of polarity and the experience of duality on our journey here. Light embodies the principle of duality. It illustrates that every experience contributes to our growth. When we study light, we see that it's not merely illumination. It's a dynamic interplay of contrasts. It teaches us that there's no judgment in the universe, only opportunities for evolution. The construct of light is one of contrasts. It's in the nature and the essence of this universe to create and explore avenues of contrast.
Speaker 1:Light can be simply understood as sine waves. Okay, let's go back to physics class for a minute. Sine waves are these smooth, oscillating waves that represent the fluctuation of energy. Okay, so imagine these waves starting from a central line where they move up and down in a rhythmic pattern. As they travel, they spread out further from this central point. It's like they're exploring the space around them and however high it goes, it has to go equally low. Right, however, to one side it goes, it has to go equally low right. However, to one side it goes, it has to go equally to the other. That's how it explores the space.
Speaker 1:Light, when we understand it as sine waves, embodies the essence of contrast, because that is a fundamental aspect of its movement. As these waves oscillate from their central line, they create this dynamic interplay of peaks and troughs, and that symbolizes the duality in creation. A peak is not good and a trough is not bad. They are merely contrasts. This movement through space represents not just illumination but also the exploration of all possibilities good and evil, light and dark.
Speaker 1:Each wave's journey outward highlights the diverse experiences of existence, where the presence of light allows us to discern and appreciate the contrasts that define our reality. As light travels further from its source, it encounters various forms and surfaces, so it reflects and it refracts in ways that reveal and define both beauty and complexity. And the further it gets away from source in its explorations and complexity, the less likely it is to remember where it came from, where it came from. So this interplay of light weaves the rich tapestry of experiences. It reminds us that contrast is essential to understanding our world. Just as light illuminates a path, it also casts shadows. Both light and darkness are integral to the human experience. Both light and darkness are integral to the human experience. So if we look at it this way, we can see that the nature of light in movement becomes a metaphor for the exploration of creation itself, the exploration of consciousness, where every wave contributes to the ongoing narrative of existence and it gives rise to the full spectrum of possibility.
Speaker 1:Everything that's gained through this exploration by every being in every situation over eons of time is being compressed into an infinitesimal point, a fractal, which is the human being. I just want to let that sit with you for a moment. That's what we are the entire universe. I've often talked about ascension in recent years. The fact that we're ascending, ascension is an ascension of frequency. It's an increase in the vibrational rate of our reality. Earth is raising her frequency, increasing the rate of the spin of her atoms. All right, that's what it is the rate of spin of the atoms, which means an increase in the vibration of the molecules. The rate of spin, the higher vibration, is what determines a higher dimensional reality moving towards the fifth dimension.
Speaker 1:When I studied Genesis through the lens of sacred geometry, we interpreted in the beginning as the first day of existence, where a circle or sphere, depending on if you're in two dimensions or three dimensions in your mind, emerges from an infinitesimal point or bindu. At first, there's no point because the center is everywhere and nowhere, if nothing exists or stands out. However, once the creative impulse to move is expressed, the prime creator establishes a relationship in space. So picture the prime creator exploring every direction and possibility from this central point through a repetitive, identical movement. After exploring all possibilities within this single, repeated motion, we have a circle in 2D or a sphere in 3D. This represents the first day of creation, where movement has occurred in every direction from the center. Then the prime creator goes to the edge of its creation, right, it goes to the boundary, and then it repeats the process all over again, does the same thing all over again. It's just the repetition of a pattern. Right, it's a code.
Speaker 1:The second day of creation, marked by the intersection of two spheres in 3D or two circles in 2D, creates the vesica pisces. Okay, the vesica pisces essentially let there be light. This almond shape in 2D resembles an eye, the organ that perceives light. And when we connect the points where these circles intersect, both vertically and horizontally, we arrive at a specific ratio. Let's break it down simply when you connect the points where these circles intersect, okay, let's go into two dimensions. Think of circles. I don't know about you, but I find it kind of hard to visualize in spheres. But when you connect the points where these two circles intersect, both vertically and horizontally, you get lines that symbolize different things. The vertical line represents electric energy, while the horizontal line stands for magnetic energy, and these lines are meeting at 90 degrees, and together these lines show how electric and magnetic forces combine to create light. This is the basis for our entire universe, where we're learning how to create with light.
Speaker 1:And this shape, the Vesica Pisces, is all about how opposites come together to form something new, right? It is the birth of light. It illustrates the balance and unity of the universe. So, in essence, the Vesica Pisces is how light is created through the interplay of electric and magnetic fields. We can also think of our two circles like positive and negative charges of light and symbols of the polarized aspects of ourselves that need to be integrated. This integration process is crucial because it helps us bring together these opposing sides, much like how light balances its highs and lows. When we work on integrating these polarized aspects through the vesica pisces, it creates a kind of compression of the sine waves of light, similar to forming fractals, and as these energies harmonize, they create a balance that resonates at a higher vibrational rate. So this is the physics of the evolution of consciousness and the integration of opposites, right? It's more than just an idea. Okay, you know.
Speaker 1:Unconditional acceptance, unconditional love, you know, that's what helps us to integrate the different parts of ourselves. Yes, it's true, and it can also be explained by physics. This compression moves us toward a zero point, a state of balance where everything comes together harmoniously. The dynamic interplay and integration of energies is what facilitates the ascension of frequency, it elevates our reality to higher dimensions and it enriches our existence with a more profound feeling of connection to the universe. And through this continual process of integration and balance continual process of integration and balance, bringing the opposites in ourselves together we move closer to the essence of light and the harmony of creation. We're coming closer and closer. Every time we integrate something, every time we unconditionally accept everything that we are, everything that we've been. When we integrate the past and bring it into our heart, we get closer and closer to that center line again. We pass through that center line, we pass through the consciousness of the heart and we move closer to the essence of light and the harmony of creation.
Speaker 1:This shows us that embracing all of our polarized aspects and integrating them is what raises us to a higher state of beingness. That's why there truly is no judgment in the universe. There's no judgment. We will have to experience the contrast to another experience right. So people confuse karma and judgment. It's not judgment, it's just that you're going to experience the other side of whatever you've created. That is part of creation. To say that one side is bad and the other is good would be to deny and negate the process by which we evolve and ascend. This is the way. This is how we do it. This harmonization process is the natural and organic way to evolve and ascend through the radical embrace of acceptance and integration of all that we are, all that we've been, everything that we've ever created and all of our diverse experiences through the ages. We are very, very ancient. The Vesica Pisces is the space where balance is achieved, where the polarized states have integrated into a harmonized state.
Speaker 1:And if we look at the shape of the vesica pisces again, it resembles a vagina. Through the crisis, crisis, meaning crossroads that what crisis means? Right Through the crisis of integration and compression, we are able to birth a new self through this sacred doorway. We can see this shape of the Vescapices in many churches, cathedrals, other holy buildings, sacred sites, often with holy figures in them. Next time you're in a church or cathedral.
Speaker 1:Look, you'll see often holy figures inside a shape that is like the Vesica Pisces. There's one outside of the abbey in La Grasse, where I live. You leave the abbey and there is a beautiful image of the Vesica Pisces with the Virgin Mary inside and it says the Shenouan, the monks of the St Mary's abbey, commit you into the care of the Virgin Mary, who has been prayed to on this site for over 1200 years. All right, prayed to on this site for over 1200 years, all right. So this symbol is very powerful and it's hiding in plain sight because it embodies the sacred process of integration of opposites. It also resembles a womb, a reminder that through the crisis of integration, we can birth a new self, a new, higher, more powerful version of ourselves. Right, we are integrating the higher dimensional levels of our being into this layer, if you will. As we harmonize these polarized energies, we elevate our vibration and we feel a deeper connection to the universe. So that's why I say we don't have to be afraid of the opposites, we don't have to be afraid of the other side of things, have to be afraid of the other side of things, shifting perspectives, much like moving through the vesica pisces, being birthed through the vesica pisces, the womb, through the compression process. Right, I mean, it's literally what happens when we're born. It allows us to see the universe in new ways.
Speaker 1:Being aware of where we feel defensive about our beliefs can lead to a fundamental shift in understanding. The way to enlarge our understanding, expand our consciousness, is by noticing when we're uncomfortable with an idea and we feel a need to defend our point of view. This is the sweet spot for growth. This is the vesica pisces. We can open, we can breathe, we can expand. This is not a threat to me. I can open to it. Either it's true, in which case I have the option to enlarge my worldview, or it isn't true, in which case it doesn't count. I can just let it go. But I don't need to trash it.
Speaker 1:Truth is always true. Whether or not people believe something is true does not matter. It has no impact on truth. It doesn't need to be defended by us. It's just true. Falsehood will eventually be exposed. It's happening every single day. So what is there to worry about? Nothing.
Speaker 1:The important thing here is for us to realize where our current boundaries are and ask ourselves if we really want to grow or batten down the hatches on our belief systems because we're afraid and emotionally polarize ourselves to one side while criticizing and judging the other side. One side while criticizing and judging the other side. Let's opt for something different. Let's opt for a middle way. Just as light oscillates and returns to center, we can learn to hold opposing views in the same space and find balance. This process transforms our perception. It leads us to a more complete and holistic view of reality. Instead of defending our views and polarizing ourselves to one side, we can open ourselves to new possibilities. We can expand our understanding of reality. We can become more discerning, more spacious, able to hear all sides without attachment, without emotional polarization, and process everything through the spiritual heart, the center line, the middle way. The center line, the middle way. By embracing the principles embodied in the Vesica Pisces and the nature of light, which is the construct of this universe it's all there, it's baked right in, we can achieve greater spiritual insight and deeper understanding of the cosmos.
Speaker 1:Navigating these polarities means that we find ourselves returning to center, holding opposites within one space and experiencing the completeness that comes from viewing the universe from multiple perspectives. We can call this the golden path or the yellow brick road. It's often metaphorically referred to as the path of the golden ratio, representing the journey towards the center, towards balance and harmony, or away from center and harmony, or away from center, as the case may be. The golden ratio is a mathematical constant that's approximately equal to 1.618. It's also called phi P-H-I.
Speaker 1:It can be found in nature, in art, in architecture and even the cosmos, and it is the shape of our heart. If you put two of them in a mirror image to each other, right, that's the nautilus shell. If you put two of them side by side in a mirror image relationship, you will see a heart. It symbolizes perfection, unity. It symbolizes perfection, unity and the interconnectedness of all things, however chaotic and crazy things may seem.
Speaker 1:Right now out there, we are walking this golden path toward balance and harmony, learning to embrace the totality of our existence. Learning to embrace the totality of our existence. Each experience, each challenge weaves a larger harmonious design, and that's how we're going to get through this time by returning to the pure and neutral space of the heart, by integrating those polarities through that space.
