Heart Implosion: When The Heart Remembers Itself
What if the energy field of our heart can actually... turn inside out?
In this episode, I share a deeply personal experience inside an Energy Enhancement System—a vibrational technology that creates a field of coherence using scalar energy and sacred geometry.
But this isn’t just about the tech. It’s about what happens when we allow ourselves to fully rest in an environment that mirrors the original design of the human body, mind, and soul.
What began as a session in a quiet room of glowing screens became, for me, a heart implosion—a cellular remembrance of safety, sovereignty, and vibrational integrity.
The EE System was developed by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, a visionary healer and brilliant mind whose work blends advanced physics with ancient wisdom. Though I haven’t met her (yet!), her frequency, teachings, and presence have had a profound impact on me—and on thousands of others seeking to reclaim their innate healing potential.
We explore the science of scalar waves, the geometry of the torus, and how the heart’s electromagnetic field functions as a portal for healing.
One theory suggests that under conditions of love, coherence, and deep inner stillness, the heart’s toroidal field begins to fold inward on itself—an implosion that enhances coherence, opens dimensional access, and connects us to universal intelligence.
Alongside these insights, I offer glimpses into my own journey with fasting, the microbiome, and practices like urine therapy that invite us to rethink everything we’ve been taught about the body.
This conversation is an invitation to remember that we are vibrational beings first—designed to heal, regenerate, and radiate.
Healing isn't something we chase; it's what we return to when the noise fades and the signal becomes clear. Join me as we journey into the field of coherence and rediscover the sacred intelligence at the heart of who we are.

Take a deep breath and remember there's a power breathing you. This is your space of sanity in an evolving world, where we learn about spiritual law and how to apply it to our lives in a way that is practical and life-changing. This is where we remember truth to make the world a better place, one person at a time. I'm Claire Lottier, inspirational speaker, teacher of the technology of transformation and a certified life mastery consultant and spiritual growth mentor. Welcome to the Grace Space.
Speaker 1:Recently, I had the opportunity to experience my local EE system nearby in Montpellier, here in the south of France. The EE system is a technology that creates a hyper healthy, energetic environment designed to promote deep healing and rejuvenation. I've been a fan of this thing ever since I first heard about it years ago on a podcast, was jumping at the chance to try it out, to get myself into a system. First time I did that was in Canada, and I've been keeping my eye on the map that shows where the systems are popping up all over the world, which they are, and as soon as I saw that one was about to open near me somewhat near me, an hour and a half away I could not wait to get in there, so sitting in that room, bathed in the frequencies of scalar waves and bioactive fields, I found myself, as I often do, reflecting on the broader implications of energy, health and the unseen forces influencing our biological reality. So what do you do in there? People often ask me the answer is nothing, and that's hard enough. I mean, phones are not allowed. So you're quickly confronted with your addiction to fiddling with your phone and relying on it for everything under the sun. You're confronted with the feeling that you have to justify your existence with activity or accomplishment or busyness of some kind. You just sit there, resting, or you meditate, or you sleep.
Speaker 1:The room is set up to support healing and stillness. When you walk in, you'll see several sleek modern monitors arranged in a circle or semicircle, gently glowing with jewel-like colors. These screens are not like the ones we're normally glued to. Far from the draining frequency of a phone or an airport news feed airport news feed these emit codes, colors and scalar wave patterns in a soft ambient glow. The room is often dimly lit and there's usually cozy recliners or beds, sometimes soft music playing and there's a low hum from the system itself, a kind of white noise that feels soothing, almost like being inside a cocoon or a womb, you feel supported, held, harmonized.
Speaker 1:The effect on the body, at least in my experience, is subtle but powerful. Sometimes it's like a light tingling sensation or a sense of deep release. I've personally sometimes felt elated, like my cells were dancing, almost like a celebratory sensation, as if my whole system was saying yes, thank you. There's an unmistakable sense of coherence, like being recalibrated to a frequency of truth. And I've heard lots of other stories of people who went for a two-hour session and emerged miraculously cured of certain conditions, people who noticed a dramatic difference in their state. For me, it's never been like that. It's been more of a subtle experience, very enjoyable experience.
Speaker 1:We are electrical beings, first and foremost. Our cells communicate through bioelectricity and the coherence of this signaling dictates our overall state of health, dictates our overall state of health. Yet we live in an environment saturated with artificial frequencies and heavy metals and chemical disruptors that distort these natural, subtle processes. If the human body is meant to function as a finely tuned instrument, what happens when that instrument is constantly bombarded with interference? Well, this is where the EE system offers an intriguing counterbalance. It's not merely about relaxation. It's about creating an internal and external field in which the body can remember its original state of harmony. That's what it feels like a reminder.
Speaker 1:Many people, myself included, report profound shifts deeper sleep, heightened clarity, a sense of recalibration at a core level. When I go there, I spend the night. That's right. You can sleep there overnight. After all, sleep is when your body has the best chance to repair and restore itself. It's the optimal time to experience the system. The first night I went there to sleep, I dreamed I was being operated on by some advanced beings. Interesting right. Actually, I was so excited to be there that I barely slept that first night. Or it felt like I was aware to be there that I barely slept that first night, or it felt like I was aware. It felt like I was awake, aware, even though I know at the same time that I slept. It's weird, but far from being exhausted, the next day I was full of energy and I noticed how smoothly the events of my day seemed to unfold, like everything was happening in a perfect flow of harmony. During the two nights in a row that I slept there during my first visit last year, I had a palpable sense of well-being and refreshment. But what does this tell us about our everyday environment? If stepping into an energetically pure space for a few hours results in noticeable changes, what does that say about what we are habitually exposed to?
Speaker 1:The EE system operates by creating a toroidal scalar field. This torus, a shape that resembles a donut, is a dynamic, self-sustaining energy pattern where energy flows continuously through a central axis and loops around the sides in an unending circulation. The torus is found everywhere in nature in the magnetic field of the earth, the structure of galaxies, hurricanes, atoms, apples I mean, if you want to see a tourist, just cut an apple in half from top to bottom and look at the shape it's in there, and even the way that energy flows through the human body. In our case, the central axis is the spine right. The spine is a standing wave. And isn't it fascinating how the toroidal shape can be compared to UFOs, which are often showed as saucer shaped with a central dome? This similarity might suggest that advanced non-human technologies are using the principles of toroidal fields. Think about galaxies when you see them from the side, they exhibit a toroidal configuration. It's possible that these extraterrestrial craft could be using similar energy dynamics to move through space-time. The Taurus, with its continuous energy flow and inherent coherence, offers a great way to understand how these crafts might create their own gravitational fields or warp space, enabling advanced propulsion and maneuverability.
Speaker 1:This comparison opens up some pretty intriguing thoughts about how the engineering of such crafts might indeed be tapping into the fundamental energy patterns found all over the universe, from the very small, but the most compelling is the toroidal field of the human heart. Research from HeartMath Institute confirms that our hearts generate the most powerful electromagnetic field in the body, and it is toroidal in nature. This field extends several feet beyond our physical form and it interacts constantly with the fields of others. This is why we can often sense someone's mood without a word being spoken, and it seems to operate at a distance too. You don't have to be proximate to the person. It's like this energy transcends the notion of space. Dan Winter, a pioneering researcher in sacred geometry and the energetics of the heart, has taken this understanding even further.
Speaker 1:This guy is a genius. When I listen to his lectures, it isn't long before I'm out of my depth, because I mean this guy, he's operating on a whole nother level. What I love most about him is that he's constantly chortling and bubbling over with enthusiasm and delight and real joy. It's like he's he's like a kid, you know, with all of these discoveries and he, he talks about things like everybody should understand them, but it's but it's sometimes quite hard for me to get it. I have to like rewind, listen again, rewind, listen again. It takes me about three lessons before I'm sort of okay, like moderately up to speed on what he's talking about, and then the rest I have to look up.
Speaker 1:He posits that the heart's toroidal field is not only a conduit of emotional and energetic coherence, but that it can actually turn inside out. Under specific emotional conditions, when we enter deep states of love, gratitude or meditative stillness, the structure of our heart's field reorganizes into a more coherent, implosive state, enhancing our connection to the universe and catalyzing profound healing. This process of turning inside out and I've got to confess that when I first heard him speak those words I had a spontaneous burst of sobbing. It just felt so true this reflects a key principle of life Implosion, not explosion, is the engine of coherence and sustainability. Implosion signifies the inward concentration of energy into organized, harmonic patterns, which fosters stability and coherence. This concept suggests that true resilience and vitality come from drawing energy inward and structuring it in a way that enhances connectivity and order. In essence, implosion creates a self-sustaining system where energy is harmoniously integrated, as opposed to explosion, which disperses energy outward in a chaotic and unsustainable manner. So when I sat in the EE system, surrounded by toroidal scalar fields generated by the technology, I wasn't just relaxing. I was being immersed in a field that harmonized with the very geometry of my own heart. This entrainment, I believe, is what facilitates the extraordinary sense of well-being and renewal that I felt and that's reported by so many. Dr Sandra Rose Michael is the inventor of the EE system. This is another absolute genius. I mean, these are people whose brains really function holistically. They have just as much left brain as they have right brain. It's communicating totally harmoniously and she was a recognized, worldwide recognized healer even before she was known as the inventor of the EE system, which she invented, by the way, in the 1990s. She has been quoted as saying that the 24 screen system replicates the sacred geometry of the DNA.
Speaker 1:Scalar energy itself is not a conventional electromagnetic wave. It's a longitudinal wave, meaning it moves in a different way than the transverse waves we're familiar with, like sound or light. Scalar waves are often described as superluminal, moving faster than the speed of light. Of course, we're taught that nothing can be faster than the speed of light, but that's not true. Perhaps the speed of light is what dictates the boundary of these dimensional levels.
Speaker 1:In any case, scalar waves are said to be fifth dimensional in nature, that is, scalar waves arise from within our familiar three spatial dimensions, but their effects extend beyond them. These are longitudinal waves not confined to the conventional transverse motion of electromagnetic radiation, and they propagate in all directions simultaneously. Their influence penetrates and reorganizes matter and energy fields with coherence that transcends locality. Some researchers even suggest that scalar emissions can interact with the fabric of space-time itself. For example, it's been proposed that the scalar signatures released during the detonation of nuclear bombs may have torn through dimensional boundaries, which is why we received a flurry of extraterrestrial visits in the wake of those detonations. In this way, scalar waves are not only carriers of energetic information within 3D reality, they also ripple into realms we're only beginning to rediscover. They can also penetrate matter without loss of energy. This makes them uniquely suited for healing applications, as they affect the energy body, the blueprint, before symptoms ever manifest in the physical. This is what the EE system is said to do create a scalar field environment that returns the body to its original resonance right. So the system is not doing anything to you. People always ask is it good for this, is it good for that? It's good for everything because it's not doing anything to you. It's just creating an environment. When you enter that environment, then your body will take out the trash or do whatever it needs to do, in the order that it needs to do it according to its innate intelligence.
Speaker 1:I have loved learning about Dr Sandra Rose Michael. I deeply admire this remarkable woman, a bona fide mensa genius, who, as a child growing up on a farm, would spend her time reproducing all of Nikola Tesla's experiments and healing the animals. She's recognized as a Hawaiian kahuna and has been flown all over the world to heal people, the kind of people who actually run things but whom we never hear about. The first time I heard her speak I thought this woman is not even from this planet. She seemed to have been born knowing exactly who she is, untouched by the amnesia most of us still labor under. I listened to every interview I could find. In one of them, she casually mentioned having been Hildegard von Bingen in a previous incarnation, which made me laugh out loud, since I've been listening to Hildegard's music since I was a teenager. She's also hinted at a connection to the Rosicrucian bloodline and therefore to Mary Magdalene, a being I deeply resonate with. There was something so familiar about her and I was overjoyed to recognize her again and profoundly grateful for her presence on the planet.
Speaker 1:Then she began appearing to me periodically in meditation. The telepathic message I received from her was crystal clear you and I are one. The only difference between us is that I know who I am and you still doubt yourself Whether this was a true spiritual connection with the being that is Dr Sandra Rose, michael, or simply my own creative imagination offering supportive insight. In those moments of communion I knew she was right. She's taught me so much about health as wholeness, about remembering who we truly are. During those visitations I would energetically place myself in her shoes just to feel what it might be like to be her. I mean, she did say we were one. So I took her at her word and I went inside her vibrationally to feel what it was like to be that being, to fully accept my unlimited genius nature, to know my own wholeness, to abide in trust and total intuitive alignment. It all speaks to a deeper question what does it really mean to be healthy and whole in a world that constantly pulls us out of alignment.
Speaker 1:Spending time in the EE system over the last six months has taught me a lot about the kind of pressure we're under all the time. In trying to put my finger on what I was feeling emotionally during my most recent time in the system, I realized I felt safe. During my most recent time in the system, I realized I felt safe. I wouldn't describe myself as someone who feels unsafe in daily life, so it was interesting to me that there must be a subtle feeling of insecurity or precariousness in my body that was subconscious. We're so used to the dissonance of modern life we don't even realize what it's doing to us. Like the proverbial frog in boiling water, we've been exposed over many years to increasingly toxic, engineered environments, told that they were our fault in many cases, and then we wonder why we feel tired, dull, hopeless or chronically unwell. The more I research and observe, the more I recognize that our health challenges are not random. The systematic and I would also say systemic assault on the human microbiome is one of the most pressing yet least acknowledged crises of our time.
Speaker 1:Our microbiome is an extension of our nervous system, our immune system and even our consciousness. In fact, our largest organ to quote Dr Ed Group, my health coaching mentor is our biofield. The various biomes within us are like little universes. They each contribute to the overall coherence and function of the whole, to the overall coherence and function of the whole. Our biofield acts as the energetic scaffolding that holds these internal ecologies in balance, facilitating communication not only between our biomes but also between our inner and outer environments. When our biomes are in harmony, our biofield strengthens, and when our field is coherent, it supports the integrity of all the life within us. The biofield and all of our biomes are an interface between us and the world, us and the universe. Fields of living intelligence that govern everything from digestion to mental clarity, to emotional resilience. I mean we really are a fractal. I say it over and over, but it's true. We're a fractal of this entire universe and we contain I mean we contain as many worlds within us as this galaxy.
Speaker 1:These biomes don't just regulate physical processes. They are intimately tied to our emotional and spiritual states. When we feel joy, peace and gratitude, our internal flora flourishes. When we are anxious, resentful or in fear, dysbiosis is often the result, and it works both ways If your system gets knocked out of balance, then you know if your internal flora are all disturbed or in bad shape, then you don't feel good emotionally. Our emotional landscape communicates directly with our biomes and our biofield acts as the energetic mediator. It's registering every experience we have. This is why practices that restore emotional coherence, like meditation, prayer, breath work and time in high frequency fields like the EE system, have such profound physiological effects.
Speaker 1:Healing is not just a physical process but an energetic one, and at the root of this energetic matrix is a kind of ancestral intelligence, echoes of memory that extend beyond our personal biography. Our biomes and biofield carry the imprints of past generations, their traumas, their triumphs, their unresolved lessons. This is the emerging science of epigenetics, which shows that environmental and emotional experiences can switch genes on and off, not only in our own lives but for those who come after us. It's just crazy how everything is so interconnected. You are a universal being. You are a universal being. You contain the entire universe. We are the living convergence point of past, present and future. When we heal, we do so across timelines. I remember when I first came to France and met my spiritual teacher. He said you're here to heal your lineage, meaning going backwards in time, we clear trauma and integrate the shadow, not only for ourselves but for our lineage and for the collective Soul level.
Speaker 1:Coherence is not a poetic idea. It's a biological reality, and our return to vibrational integrity opens gateways that ripple outward in all directions through all time, kind of like scalar waves in a toroidal field. It begins at the level of the field, fields of living intelligence that govern everything from digestion to mental clarity, to emotional resilience. What a piece of work is man. How noble in reason, how infinite in faculty in form and moving. How express and admirable in action, how like an angel in apprehension, how like a god, the beauty of the world, the paragon of animals, can't help quoting Shakespeare every once in a while. He just said it so well in a while. He just said it so well.
Speaker 1:And yet here we are on a daily basis inundated with poisons designed to dismantle this extremely subtle and sensitive system. Pesticides, pharmaceuticals, processed foods, electromagnetic frequencies all of this stuff contributes to an ecosystem that is no longer self-sustaining. Consider the implications If our microbiome determines our health and our microbiome is under attack, what does that mean for our future and why is it so hard for us to just live without being poisoned all the time? Why does it feel like the deck is just totally stacked against us Humans who are, like angels and gods, the beauty of the world? Why is it so hard? Almost seems like somebody doesn't want us to be healthy. Well, I guess because it takes a lot to keep us down. That is the magnificence of the human being. I want to celebrate the human being. I don't know if you can hear it, but the wind out there is crazy right now.
Speaker 1:Anyway, this is why true healing can't come from external interventions alone, while tools like the EE system provide a space of restoration that we desperately need and I firmly believe we're going to be seeing more and more and more of these kind of technologies everywhere, because we really need a lot of help we need help now. We also must take radical responsibility for our internal and external environments. Detoxification is not an event anymore. It is a lifestyle. It has to be a lifestyle now. Every day, we've got to actively choose to remove what does not belong physically, emotionally and energetically. At the heart of all healing is one fundamental truth the body knows how to heal itself. It's designed to regenerate, to expel what's harmful and to maintain balance when given the proper conditions. However, we have been conditioned to believe otherwise. We're told that symptoms are problems to be suppressed rather than messages to be interpreted. We're trained to fear the body's natural processes instead of working in harmony with them.
Speaker 1:I recently sent him information about a workshop that I'm co-teaching with a friend of mine on urine therapy. Recently sent it out on a local group here locally in France and I got a flurry of responses that were not really necessary. I mean, for me, if you see something on a message group that doesn't appeal to you, you don't have to like, reply and say no way, no thanks, not for me. You know, you can just sort of ignore it, right, the people who feel bound to reply and like in an eye rolling way. I think it's really interesting because I mean it's let's say it's not kind, it's not supportive, and that's okay, but it's also. It shows how conditioned people are to reject themselves.
Speaker 1:You know, urotherapy is one of those ways, profound ways to engage the body's innate intelligence, and fasting is another. As a matter of fact, when I was spending time in the EE system last year, I was there at the same time as a young woman who'd been fasting at that point. For 11 days She'd been diagnosed with some serious condition. Young woman okay, and decided to step away from conventional medicine and trust her body to heal itself. When I asked her how she felt, she said never better. She had no desire to eat. In other words, she wasn't hungry. She was full of energy and optimism and fully trusted that she would overcome. She had fascinating things to report about her fasting experience.
Speaker 1:By stepping away from constant consumption, we allow the body to shift into repair mode, breaking down damaged cells, clearing out stored toxins and resetting dysfunctional patterns. This is why fasting has been practiced in spiritual and healing traditions for millennia. It's not just a physical reset. It is a return to clarity, to presence, to sovereignty and, as I mentioned, urine therapy another practice that definitely challenges the conditioned narratives around health and healing. This knee jerk disgust that I just described, that was evidenced in a reply to my message, is felt by many people. But this kind of disgust is not inherent, it's learned. And what does that reveal about our relationship with our own bodies? That we've been trained to reject what we produce? The very substances labeled as waste often contain the exact biological intelligence needed for healing.
Speaker 1:We stand at a pivotal moment in history. The knowledge that was once hidden, ridiculed or suppressed is resurfacing. People are beginning to ask deeper questions about their health, their origins and their true potential. We're beginning to understand that we've been deliberately kept down in a kind of amnesic stupor. But the knowledge of this alone is not enough. But the knowledge of this alone is not enough. It's time to reclaim our health, not through dependency on external systems, but by deeply listening to our own bodies and engaging in the practices that align with our natural creative essence. The EE system gives us a glimpse into what's possible when we step into an energetically pure environment, but it feels like an intermediate step right. I don't think that in 100 years necessarily we're gonna have systems everywhere. We will have moved on to something much more organic. It's like training wheels until we've consciously reestablished harmony in our own biofields and that of the collective, by empowering ourselves through the remembering of who we truly are. It also underscores how crucial it is to cultivate that level of integrity in our daily lives through rehabilitating our thoughts, our habits of consumption, our self-concept as humans and how we engage with the world around us.
Speaker 1:Health is not about fighting disease. It is about embodying the wholeness that we already are. It is about sovereignty, simplicity and trust in the body's infinite wisdom and our nature as universal beings. The Taurus scalar waves and the natural creative intelligence of the heart field all point to a single truth we are not random. We are exquisitely designed beings living within an intelligent, harmonic universe. When we remember that design and begin to live in accordance with it, the need for healing diminishes and what emerges instead is radiance, vitality, coherence. After all, there are no healers in the fifth dimension because there's no disease. The path forward is not about adding more complexity, but about returning to what is essential, what is natural. When we do, we remember who we truly are not just biological beings, but energetic, spiritual beings capable of profound transmutation. And when we tune our hearts to the harmonics of love and coherence, we become portals of regeneration, not only for ourselves, but for a world desperately in need of healing.
