Show Notes

The latest buzzword in business performance seems to be Quiet Quitting.

The DISCy Chicks did their research to see if this was really a thing.  Quiet Quitting seems a lot like an employee engagement issue, so we went straight to the experts at Gallup to see what they say.

Listen in as the Chicks talk about this trend in the workforce in the U.S.  Did you know that 50% of the workforce, according to Gallup, is not engaged. Is this the same as Quite Quitters?  The DISCy Chicks reveal their results.

Employees who are not engaged mentally or psychologically with their work, and just doing only what is required of their job. This should be raising great concern for leaders of any business! There is another category called actively disengaged. It's those employees that are very verbal about their discontent and spreading their misery with their co-workers, which is 18% of employees. This leaves 32% of your employees truly engaged in their work. Listen to the suggestions offered by Martha and Cindy to help you identify and re-engage any quiet quitters you might have. One of our solutions includes assessments that can enable you to discover the relative engagement of your employees to then determine a path forward for higher engagement and productivity
