Join the DISCy Chicks as they honor our veterans by interviewing members of Team Foar From Home, a team of four military veterans will be rowing 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean. They are using this platform and community to raise awareness and make an impact on the veteran PTSD and suicide statistics in the U.S.
Cindy has been coaching this courageous team of veterans in preparation for their row. She has used the DISC Behavior assessment, Driving Forces and Emotional Intelligence to enable keen self-awareness and awareness of each of their team members. They understand the importance of teamwork for their own survival, as they head out to row unassisted across the Atlantic starting December 12, 2021
