"My darling, you have Burnout.". I remember hearing the words come out of a mentor's mouth and I was stunned. Burnout, me? How did this happen? Why didn't I realize what was going on? How long will I feel this way? All of these things rushed through my brain when I realized that I had been suffering from burnout for months. In this solo episode, I share the first of a 2 part series about my experience with burnout, what the signs and symptoms were, and what the number 1 thing was that led to my burnout.
