In this second part of my Burnout Journey, I share candidly about the things I did and have been doing to heal from the Burnout I have been experiencing. I take a look at the most important thing, that made the biggest shift in my healing journey and I share some of the other things that have helped so much along the way to make me feel more like myself every day. Remember, everyone's journey is different, everyone heals at their own pace and through different practices, this is only what I have been doing so far.
