Not looking forward to the Holiday Season because you're on a healing journey with food, your body and disordered eating patterns? I was there too, and to be honest, in my own experience the Holiday Season was so triggering. That's why I wanted to share some tips with you so that you don't spend this season at war with food or your body. I challenge you to reframe how you look at the situations, how to plan for your own success, I share things I did when I was very vulnerable that have helped me to feel so free in my relationship with food that I became an IIN Health Coach that now teaches women how to repair their own relationship with food without ever needing to be on a diet again. 
This is for you if you don't want Diet Culture to control you any longer, if you want to make memories this Holiday Season, have fun, enjoy food and still nourish your body.
