I know when I started focusing on my health journey I felt that I needed to join every private gym, buy all the latest superfoods, and only shop organic or nothing - which is all pretty expensive. Through the years of being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach I have realized that yes, those things are all amazing for your health, but, there are also needle moving things you can do for your health and wellness that are free!
