It's so good to see you this morning. Thank you for being here. I'm privileged to be here, honored to be here. Uh, my wife sends her love. She is up in Chicago with her grandbabies. And her son's actually his birthday is this weekend, but her grandsons played basketball and they had a big tournament this weekend, so my wife gets to go up to Chicago to be with them. So she sends her love, she sends her blessings. Again, it's good to see you, good to be in the house of God. Amen. Come on, I'm gonna ask you to stand with me this morning. And I'm gonna ask you to do something might be a little awkward for you, but I'm gonna ask you to do it anyway and just do it in faith. How's that? I'm gonna ask you to join across the aisles here. I'm gonna ask you to take hands with your neighbor.

Let's pray. Jesus, we love you today.

We thank you today that there's nobody but you that's worthy of praise. We thank you today that we are blessed because we get to bless your name. We get to praise you. We thank you, Father, that we were created to bless your name. What an honor, what a privilege that we as human beings get to come boldly before your throne and give adoration and praise unto you, the Father of Heaven. So, Jesus, we love you today. Jesus, I ask that you walk into this room today. I ask that you bind us together. Bind us together as a family, bind us together in love, bind us together that we cannot be divided. But Lord, we have a mission, we have a vision, we have a purpose in being here. And it's to lift up your name in our lives, in our families, and in this city. And we thank you, Lord, you have a great plan for us as a family in this city. So we thank you for today. Now, Father, we thank you today for your word, that your word is life, and we accept your word as the guide for our lives. And Lord, as James prayed, we pray in agreement with James that we will be doers of the word and not hearers only. And we pray this in Jesus' name. Come on, someone shout amen. Amen. Thank you. You may be seated. I'm going to encourage you to find something to write with. Find a notebook, find some paper, find something to write with. If you write on your phone, that's good too. Just write something, write anything down. Just write something, amen. Because smart people, smart people take notes. Other people don't. And I've made a decision that I only want to pastor smart people. So I think I'm in the right room. Come on, amen. So right at the top of your notes uh this morning, right?

More oil, thank you. I'm gonna wait on my we got it. I know we got it. It's coming. Back one. Back two, actually. Back one more. We're more oil though. No more oil. Okay. We'll put the oil rig up.

So in Texas, we're all familiar with oil. We've seen oil rigs. I'm blessed. I'm a partial owner of an oil rig. And so we're familiar with oil. But today I don't want to talk about natural oil and gas and what we know and what we get out of the ground. Today I want to talk about something in the spirit realm. Something that we can't see with our natural eyes. But we have to understand this. The spirit realm is a whole lot bigger and a whole lot larger than anything we can see in the natural realm. And so we as believers, we have to be able to tap into the unseen realm, the unseen world, the spirit realm, something that we can't see in our natural eyes. Because we are called to live by the Spirit of God. Come on, someone say the Spirit of God. We're called to live by the Spirit of God. In fact, Romans tells us in Romans 8.14, as many as are led, come on, someone shout, led, by the Spirit of God, are sons, or you could say sons and daughters of God. So we must be people that seek to live by the Holy Spirit. We must be people that choose to live our lives guided by the Holy Spirit and Him, the Holy Spirit, having his way in our lives. Amen. Come on, the Bible says in 1 John 4 4 that greater is he, the Holy Spirit that lives in us, than he, the devil of this world. See, so we have the greater one living in us. So it must compel us to live by him that lives in us. Amen? See, something that we're going to understand and something that we're going to catch a hold of and we're going to get is that he, the Holy Spirit, is a person. He's a real person, and he's part of the Trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. And the Holy Spirit is the one that lives on the inside of us, and he is the character of God. There's nothing lacking in the Holy Spirit. He's all of God, just as Jesus in the flesh was all of God. Amen? Jesus was God manifested in the flesh. So, other words, if you see Jesus, you've seen God. Come on, somebody. See, how Jesus lived is the reflection or the realization of who God is. Everything Jesus did was God. Amen? And so we're going to talk about this more oil, because now I'll put up my next screen here. The sad thing is, most Christians, most people that call themselves believers in Jesus, have the oil warning light on. They're low of oil. And they need to get filled of oil. And so this morning we're going to talk about this one aspect of oil and how to have more oil. Amen. So let's pray. Jesus, we love you today. We receive your word with thanksgiving. Your word is truth. Your word is the truth that we must live by. We must accept this truth. So open our hearts today to be receptive to your truth today. In Jesus' name, someone shout, Amen? Amen. So today I believe. Now this is how important this word is. I've been studying it all week. And God would not let me sleep last night. All night He's just been burning this word in me. So I just want you to hang in there. Now listen to me. What we cannot allow is the spirit of religion to keep us from the truth of God. And the spirit of religion wants to keep you from the truth of the word of God. And so we have to keep hearts open to the word and the spirit.

So this word I believe is a word for us as a body. And what we want to see is that we have the opportunity to be a church that has increase. Come on, someone say increase. An increase of oil. And the reason why is because God is the God of increase. The Bible says in Psalms 115, verse 14, the Lord shall increase you more and more, you and your children. Come on, someone say increase. So other words, this increase that God wants to bring into our lives as individuals, and he wants to bring into us as a family, as a church, this increase is generational for you and your children and your grandchildren. It's generational. So other words, what affects us will affect the rest of our family and even the families that's not here today. It can affect all of us. See, this increase of oil is for our whole family. Someone shout family. So we have this opportunity for increase. And when I talk about increase and I talk about oil, I'm talking about the increase of the anointing of God in this house. I'm talking about the increase of God's presence in this house. Are you with me? Increase. Amen. And here's what we're going to find out. When there is an increase of his presence, there's an increase of his anointing. And when there's an increase of his anointing, nothing is impossible. Come on, that's a good place to shout. Amen. I said, nothing is impossible. See, with an increase of his presence, watch this comes greater glory, greater manifestations, greater demonstrations of who he is. Amen. So I'm believing for because this is how I've lived my life, I'm believing that Jesus Himself will walk into this room and he will make a habitation right here. What does that mean? That means every time them doors open, every time we walk into this room, he's already here. Come on, somebody. I said a habitation. I'm not, see, the problem in most of the body of Christ is they're used to visitation. See, visitation is when he comes and he goes. I'm not looking for visitation. I live my life in habitation. When I wake up in the morning, I took my feet out of the bed, he's there waiting on me. When I go to sleep at night, he's there putting me to sleep at night. I'm looking for habitation that when we ship up, he's already here, he's just been waiting for us.

Increase. Increase of his habitation. So we can become the people that he has called us to be. Amen. But it's going to take more oil.

See, most churches, you have to understand this, I've only been doing this for a couple years. Most churches just just do church. They just go through religious motions. And most church people show up at church just for themselves. The attitude is I need, I need a touch from God, I need to be healed, I need my problems fixed, I need a word, I need ministry, I need to do my religious duties. Don't hear what I'm not saying. Those are all real. Those are all real needs. But listen, none of those purposes will bring oil. And oil is the answer to all those needs.

Did you hear that? Your needs do not get the attention of God. Sorry.

And you pursuing him is what creates oil. And oil is the answer to every problem that you ever have. Amen? See, when we live, and I'll even say that when we as a church get out of the mentality that what's in it for me, and we get out of that attitude, now he's able to respond to what we seemingly have need of.

And when we live in this place called me, my needs, what I want, I need a healing, I need a touch.

When we live in that place, what we have done is we have adopted the world's attitude. Because you understand the world, those outside of Christ, they live for me. They live for themselves. And that's all they're looking out for is themselves. And so we can't adopt that type of attitude because when we adopt that type of attitude, what happens is that self becomes the center of our lives. And we have to always live from a place that it's no longer, the Apostle Paul tells us in Galatians 2.20, it's no longer I that lives. You understand I died. You understand the goal here is to die. And I'm not saying die physically, I'm saying die. Die to our selfishness, die to our pride, die to our insecurities, die to our fears. The goal is to die. In this kingdom, the goal is to die so that he can live. It's no longer I that lives, the apostle Paul said, but it's him, Christ, that lives in me. Come on, I said it's him Christ that lives in me.

That's the goal. See, the more I die, the more he gets to live. Come on. So we're talking about the increase of oil in our lives.

And see, the biggest issue that the church today has is that we have created in America, we have created this consumerism, religious culture. That's all about me, and I show up at church for me, and I just go through the motions for me, and I just do my religious duties for me. What's in it for me? That's consumerism. It's the world's mentality and it's the world's attitude. But we have adopted it in America as that's the way the church goes. So our vision, I'm just establishing some vision here, and I'd write this down because this is going to be a reflection of everything that we do from here on out. Our vision is to run after Jesus. Our vision is to encounter Jesus. See, vision is the only compelling thing that can bring oil. So our vision as of today, why we are here. Why we are here as a church family, why we are believers in Jesus, why we serve Jesus, and why we go after Jesus. Our vision as of today is encountering Jesus to make him known.

Come on, I said encountering Jesus to make him known. And then take it a step farther to make disciples.

He didn't say go make followers. He didn't say go make church members, he said make disciples.

The disciples did. And the disciples were the one that got the ones that got to do what Jesus did. Followers in it.

And so it's a significant thing to say, we want to make disciples because we are disciples. We want to become disciples so we can make disciples. Now the the the thing about this is that what we have done, as we have said, well, do you know we yeah, thank you for that, Jesus. Thank you that you gave us that assignment, you gave us that commission. Thank you for that. But that's why this guy stands up here with a microphone, right? Is to make disciples.

No, he didn't say that to preachers, he didn't say that to the professionals. He said that to his followers, he said that to his disciples.

Now you go make disciples.

So the question we have to look at ourselves in the mirror and ask ourselves is how many disciples am I making? Who am I helping to become like Jesus? See, discipleship isn't made in a classroom. Discipleship is made like this.

Discipleship is made by being in relationship with somebody that you get close enough to where your life can now be an impartation into their lives. The Jesus in you can now become the Jesus in them.

Encountering Jesus to make him known. And to make disciples.

Amen? I turn with me first, excuse me. Psalms 133. More oil. Someone shout more oil. Psalms 133, verse 1. How do we have this increase of oil? Because oil is the answer to every need in our lives. So how do we have this increase of oil? Psalms 133, verse 1. Behold, we have that on screen. There we go. Behold, how good someone shout good, and how pleasant someone shout pleasant. It is for brethren, brothers and sisters in the Lord, to dwell together in. Come on, someone shout. Unity. How good it is for us to dwell in unity.

Here's the significance of unity. Unity is of God. Division is of Satan.

Now watch this. Jesus said that He came, He came with the sword. Jesus came to divide us, believers, from the world. But he came to unite us as brothers and sisters.

That's why we must strive after unity.

Unity, watch this. It says, Together in unity, verse 2, it is like the precious oil. Someone shout oil. It is like the precious oil.

Unity produces oil. Unity produces oil.

Now here's what you have to see about oil. In the Bible, oil represents Holy Spirit. Oil represents, watch this down, watch this, write this down.

Oil represents the presence of God, the power of God, and the anointing of God.

What we need in our lives is the presence of God, the power of God, and the anointing of God. Oil represents the Holy Spirit who brings the presence, the power, and the anointing.

Unity produces oil. Unity. Someone say unity. Unity.

So God pours his spirit out where there is unity. Amen. And it says that the oil is precious and it's like upon the head. Come on, someone say the head. It's upon the head. Now we know this. We know that Jesus is the head of the church. Right? Jesus is the head of the church. He paid for his church with his blood. He established his church through his sacrifice on the cross and his resurrection from the dead. So Jesus is the head of the church. So unity produces oil like on the head. Someone say head on Jesus. So what does Jesus need to manifest himself?

Unity. Unity. Other words, he will not show up what is the vision. And watch this, write this down. The greater the unity, the greater the outpouring of oil. Go over to Acts chapter one. I'm gonna show you this as Jesus as the head of the church. Okay, now watch this.

Jesus is giving his last words, his last message to his followers and his disciples before he leaves the earth to go sit on the throne at the right hand of the Father. Amen.

In 1 Corinthians chapter 15, verse 6, the apostle Paul tells us, at this gathering of Jesus with his followers before he ascends to heaven, there's five hundred believers assembled with Jesus. In verse 4, it says, and being assembled together with them, he commanded them. Someone say command it. He commanded them. The word commanded here in the Greek is the word keliu, keliu, and this word keliu means a directive from a superior, a mandate not optional. Jesus gives this mandate that's not optional. Also, I mean it means that it must be done. Come on, I said it must be done because Jesus gave it. Amen. Jesus, the head of the church, gave this command. And he gave this command, and he said, do not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise. Come on, someone say the promise. The promise of the Father, which he said, You have heard from me, for John truly baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now. Jesus gives this command. Now go to Jerusalem. There's a place set aside for you and wait for the promise. Come on, someone say promise. Now doesn't sound that sound like a good thing. God made you a promise. Doesn't that sound like something that you want? I want the promise of the Father. I want his promises working in my lives. Jesus said, now there's a promise from the Father, and He's coming. Now you go back to Jerusalem and you wait for that promise to show up because it's a promise from the Father. Now watch this. It says there's 500 people that heard this message. This is his last message. Now I don't know about you. I don't know if you've ever sat beside somebody in a hospital bed where they're getting ready to go home. I don't know if you've done that. I've done that many times. And usually, sometimes, those people will say some of the most important words of their life right there before they're getting ready to go home. Are you with me? This is Jesus' last words before he leaves the earth. He says, now, this is the command. In other words, this is not optional. Do what I'm telling you to do. Go and wait for the promise of the Father. He said, now, watch this. John baptized in water, but now you're going to get baptized in the Holy Spirit. Come on, so we'll say baptized in the Holy Spirit. What's Jesus just taught us?

What did he just teach us? Come on, somebody. There's two baptisms. Otherwise, Jesus saying, now, don't stop at the first one. I know you said, I accept Jesus as Lord and I got water baptized. That's what he's telling us followers. But don't stop there. Go and wait for the promise of the Father, then you'll be baptized in Holy Spirit. Now watch this. Go over to Acts chapter 2.

There's 500 people that heard Jesus' last message. Now over in Acts chapter 1, verse 15, the writer tells us that there was 120 in the upper room.

Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute. Five hundred heard the message. That is only 120. What happened? 380 of them did not obey the command of Jesus.

Wait a minute. You just told me that this is a promise from God, and every promise from God is a good thing?

But yet you decided you didn't want it? 380 decided not to believe what Jesus said. In the upper room. Now watch this. Verse 1.

Chapter 2, verse 1. When the day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord. Someone shout, one accord. One accord. What is one accord? Watch this, write this down.

One accord means perfect unity. How do you have a hundred and twenty people in one room?

SPEAKER_02 27:54

Now Jesus said, Go and wait for the promise. He didn't tell them it was going to happen tomorrow, it was going to happen next month. It was going to happen next year. He didn't give them a time element. He just said go and wait for the promise of the Father. Meaning that whenever He, the Holy Spirit, shows up, it will be good for you. It's a promise from the Father.

But he didn't tell them how long it was going to be. Now here we are, ten days later, in the upper room.

And we have 120. Watch this. We have 120. There's a doctor, there's a lawyer, there's wives, there's merchants, there's business owners, there's fishermen. 120 in one room for 10 days. Can you imagine that? I don't think we can survive with us and our spouse in one room for 10 days.

But there are 120 of them. And it says they had one accord, perfect unity.

Now you have to understand something. 120 people, there's every background, there's every difference, there's every different thinking, there's every different mentality, they've come from different places, they've had different experiences, yet it says they were in one accord.

Watch this. And we know what happens, right? The Holy Spirit's poured out, and watch this. It says they all. Someone say all. They all received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. And it says they all spoke in other tongues. What does that mean? They're in perfect unity. Now, how do you get 120 people to be in perfect unity? Watch this. They put aside their differences.

They put aside their different beliefs, their different theological, their different outlooks, they put aside their personal preferences, they put aside their personal comfort, and they said, We're going after the vision that Jesus gave us.

Wait for the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Now 380 of them didn't make it. Why?

They decided to be divisive. They decided that that's not really that important. We really don't need that.

We really don't believe that. My denomination told me it's not of God. But yet Jesus said this is a command. In other words, this is a mandatory thing. But yet 380 decided we don't want nothing to do with it. Why? It's a picture of the church. The majority say, meh, not comfortable with that.

Don't want that. Don't need that. But Jesus said it's mandatory. In other words, he must know that it's something that we need. He must know that it's something that's a promise from the Father. But why did 120 of them receive? Because they decided to stay in unity. They decided to put their differences aside and say, We're just going after the vision. We're just going after the purpose. What's vision? Purpose. Purpose. We decided to go after Jesus' purpose. He gave us this vision, and we're going after that. Amen?

So in other words, 120 value the vision above their personal preference. Watch this now. Vision collides with religious thinking.

See, doctrine does not have the capacity to bring unity. The apostles couldn't even agree upon doctrine. And all of them except Paul walked with Jesus and knew Jesus personally. They couldn't agree upon theology. They couldn't agree upon doctrine. Doctrine does not have the capacity to bring unity. 120 people in one room, they didn't all believe the same. But they did believe the words that Jesus gave them. He did believe the vision and the purpose that Jesus gave them. Go and wait for this promise from the Father. And decided to put everything else out of the way except for the promise that Jesus said, wait for this. Go after this purpose. Go after this vision that I'm giving you. Doctrine does not have the capacity to bring unity.

Only vision does.

How can a church, a family of believers, walk in one accord and unity with one another? We put our differences aside and we say we're going after vision. We are together over vision, not doctrine.

Come on. Somebody say amen. Doctrine does not have the ability to bring vision. Vision is the only thing that has the power to bring unity.

So unity is achieved by everyone believing and supporting the vision, not doctrine. Come on, amen. See, that's that's how I can sit with I can sit with pastors that don't believe in the Holy Ghost, don't believe in the power of the Holy Ghost, don't believe in the gifts of the Spirit, and I can still love them. And not get in and not get in conflict with them, not get in argument with them. I love them because they're a brother in the Lord. I don't love them because they believe like I I believe. But I love them because they're a brother in the Lord. We put our differences aside for love and for unity.

So how do we maintain unity? Here's how we maintain unity. And we have to not be naive. It's inevitable that we're not going to see eye to eye on some particular issues. Amen. So how do we maintain unity? Because unity, oil, is only produced through unity, and the goal is the vision, not that we hammer out all the doctrines and theological beliefs, but vision. So how do we maintain unity? Write this down.

We choose to honor one another. We choose to honor the vision.

We choose to honor Jesus. Amen. Come on. In Acts chapter 6, it says that there was a complaint that came up against the leadership against the apostles. What did they do? They didn't go around and gossip against the apostles. They didn't go around and talk behind the apostles' back and tell other people you know they're wrong. You know you don't got that right, you know that's a that's a big reo, that's a big no no. No. It says they went to the apostles and they told the apostles of their complaint. And the apostles had a meeting and they fixed it.

That's how we maintain unity. Come on, amen.

So write this down. Conflict resolution is one of the highest marks of maturity. Because when we when we understand that we put our differences aside, now we know that Jesus is wanting to do something that's much more greater and much more important than just ourselves. Amen. So we maintain being in one accord, perfect unity by putting our differences aside for the vision. What's the vision? Encountering Jesus to make him known and to make disciples. Encountering Jesus, making him known, and making disciples. That's the vision. That's the vision. Okay, Psalms 133, we're back there at verse 2. It says, Unity is like the precious oil upon the head running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on his garments. Unity is like the precious oil that now runs down off of the head unto Aaron's beard.

What is that? That's more oil. And why is that? Write this down.

Aaron's beard represents leadership. The head, now we know this. Jesus, Jesus has appointed leaders that are the head of the local body, the local church. Amen? He's the head of the whole church, but then he appoints leaders, apostles, prophets of Ephesians chapter 4, verse 11, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers to lead the local church. So the unity brings the oil off of Jesus, the head of the church, down unto the leaders of the local church. Amen. Come on. And now unity is as it's increased in the body, now it brings it down on Aaron's beard. Now, what's the significance of Aaron's beard? Aaron's beard is significant because for 400 years, the Israelites, the Jewish people, were in slavery to the Egyptians. They served the Egyptians. They made bricks for the Egyptians for 400 years. Now for 400 years, the Egyptians made them shave. They were not allowed to have beards. Now, since they got out of bondage and slavery to Egypt, now they decided as a significant sign of our freedom, we're going to grow our beards. What does that mean for us? That means that as we walk in unity, the oil, the presence of God, the power of God, and the anointing of God are increased in our midst, in our lives, in our family, and now we can walk free over every bondage, we can walk free from over every sin. We can walk free from every lie of the devil. Why? Because we're walking in unity, and now the oil is being increased in our lives, and we are free because the oil ran down Aaron's beard, which is now the leadership of the church. And you understand what affects leadership, affects the body. Come on, amen. So Aaron's beard is significant because it represents freedom. Holy Spirit, the presence of the Holy Spirit, sets us free from every bondage that would try to hinder us. Amen. So leadership represents the leadership of the church, the elders of the church, and so we must have we must have unity to produce the oil that will now flow down into the leadership. Because when we're walking in unity, the anointing comes on our individual lives to where now we get to walk free, and now we get to minister in freedom. So you can only minister to others what it is that you have in your own self, in your own life. See, if I'm free from sin, I can minister to others to get free and delivered from sin. If I'm walking in divine life and health, now I can minister others where they can be healed and walk in divine life and health. Amen? The anointing that I live in is now the anointing that I can minister by. The anointing that we as a church will have will be in a direct reference to how much unity we're willing to walk in. Unity increases the oil. The oil is the representation of the anointing of God in our lives. Amen. So why does Aaron's beard represent leadership? Watch this, here's why. Aaron was Moses' servant.

But watch this. Aaron was Moses' older brother. Moses was little brother. And the Bible tells us that Moses, Moses was not a good communicator.

Otherwise, he wasn't a good preacher. The Bible also tells us that Moses had a temple problem.

He saw the Egyptian mistreating the Jewish guy, and what does he do?

Kills the Egyptian. It says Moses was up on the mountaintop hanging out with God, fellowshipping with God, and God gives him these two tablets with the Ten Commandments written on them. And he comes down off the mountaintop and he sees the Israelites, he sees the Jewish people out there partying and rebelling against God. And what's he do? Smashes the tablets. So we know Moses had a temple problem.

And Moses had a pride problem. Moses told the people, he said, bring all, he had over three million people. He said, Bring all the people to me.

I will give them counsel. Otherwise, I'm smart enough. I don't want nobody's help. I'm smart enough to give all these people counsel. That's a pride issue. So Moses had a temper issue.

He good wasn't a good preacher. He had a pride issue. I'm telling you today he wouldn't be voted in in any church. And his brother Aaron and his and his sister Miriam had an issue with him because he married a Cushite. A non-Jewish woman. And so they brought their complaint up to Moses and watch this. God rebukes him. He said, Don't you say anything bad about the man I chose. Don't you complain against my man is what God said.

My choice. What was Moses? Moses was the pastor to the Israelites. And God rebuked him and said, Don't complain against the man I chose.

What happens? Aaron repents. And watch this. Because of Aaron's repentance, God promotes him to be Moses' assistant. Now, how do you know Aaron repented?

Because it says when they were at battle, Moses would go stand on the mountaintop and look down over the battlefield. And it says, as long as Moses had his hands Raised, the armies of the Israelites prevailed. Come on, someone say prevailed. Prevailed, see? But it says now when his arms got tired, they would fall down. But watch this. He had an assistant. He had a leader, Aaron, standing behind him. And it says, when his arms would fall down, Aaron would come up behind him and lift his arms up. And then they would prevail. Now watch this. What is it about the anointing, the oil pouring down on Aaron's beard? Aaron could have said, hey, look, he's failing. Look, he's losing, he's losing strength. Look, he can no longer lead us any longer. I'm here. I'm here today to take over. I'm here today to prove who I am. I'm here today to get my will. I'm here today to be the man. He could have done that. But instead, he said, No, I'll I'll lift them. I'll lift the hands of the man that God chose. I won't try to cause division to prove who I am. I'll lift the hands of the man that God chose. And that's why God says Unity produces the oil that will now come down on the beard of Aaron. Why is that? Write this down.

The most important thing in all of our lives is humility. God will always honor humility. I'm nothing without Him.

I know nothing without Him. I can do nothing without Him. I don't need to self-promote. I don't need to say, hey, look who I am. I don't need to look, say, hey, I have more strength than He does. Let me let me just prove myself. No, God will only promote humility. What does humility do? You know, we don't see eye to eye. We don't agree upon that. But you know what humility says?

I'm going to love you and I'm going to walk in unity with you. Come on. I'm going to walk in humility and I'm going to honor you, even though we don't see eye to eye. You with me? In other words, the anointing of God is not for self-promotion.

And promotion only comes from the Lord. Amen? The place of agreement produces greater anointing.

And it's the anointing of God that sets us free. It's not religious duty that sets us free. It's the anointing of God. The anointing of God is the supernatural power of God. It's the anointing of God that sets us free. It's the anointing of God that anoints our lives to be able to help others. The anointing of God. And so anointing is produced by unity. So to get more oil, to get more anointing, we have to stay humble and keep unity.

This is the importance of unity. This is the importance of putting our differences aside and saying, you know what, we're going to walk in unity over the vision because vision is the only thing that has the capacity to unite us.

Doctrine don't have the power to bring unity. Only vision does. What's the vision? Encountering Jesus, making him known. Right? Making him known. And making disciples. I can preach all three of those things and give you biblical, scriptural background for all three of them. So we can say we have our differences, but do we believe in the vision? 120 said we have our differences, but we believe in the vision. We believe in that Jesus told us to go receive the Holy Spirit.

We believe in that. That's the vision. That's the purpose Jesus gave us. We believe in that. Everything else we're not real sure about, but we do believe in that. Verse 3. Now watch this. This is the important the importance of vision. The importance of unity. Unity is like the dew of Hermon descending upon the mountains of Zion. For there, where's there? The place where there's unity.

Watch this. The whole point here is unity. How good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.

For there, the place of unity. For there where there is unity, God commands the blessing. Come on, so we'll say commands. Can you imagine what a place will look like when God says, now there's unity there? I'm going to command the blessing in that place. What's this given me? When God commands the blessing, there's no devil that can stand in the way.

What's the thing that's taken to change the wallets to change the number of ones? What's the thing that's taken to which the study? What's the thing that's taken? And let's go to make the commended blasting of God. What would happen? What about three place in this house? What about three place in our city? What about three place is in the feminists of our stores in the families of the city? If we were in the place, we're blessed there and permitting that place.

But for us that are here today, this is the thing that Jesus is asking. And this is the thing that he's looking for.

I'm not asking you to agree with me over every doctrine and every teaching. I'm not asking that. Listen, there's stuff that I teach today that a few years ago I didn't believe. Why is that? It's called transformation. We're called to live from glory to glory. That means next month I won't be the person I am today. Next month I'll have a greater glory in my life than what I have today. Why? Because it's called transformation. We are supposed to be people that are constantly evolving, constantly transforming, to where six months from now I can't even recognize you because you look so different than you are today. So I'm not asking you to buy into everything that I teach, everything that I believe. And we can have discussion about it. But guess what? I believe what I believe, and you're not gonna talk me out of it.

Don't tell me signs and wonders and miracles don't exist today. Two dead people that the hospital had to say, well, you've got to send them home now. They were dead, now they're alive. We've got to send them home. Thousands of people healed from cancers. My wife healed of cancer twice. I've laid hands on her. Leukemia, healed of cancer. Breast cancer, healed. No medications, no operations, healed. I know, I've seen too much to get talked out of it.

I'm looking at houses this afternoon. We're looking to get down here as quickly as we can, but we got a million-dollar house in Dallas we have to sell. In order to get down here full time. Agree with us in prayer that that house will sell quickly. Amen. In fact, we're dropping the price 1.2 to $960,000. What's that? $500,000? $600,000? We're dropping the price so we can get out of Dallas as quickly as we can. So be in agreement with us. We're going to sell that house real quick. Amen? God's not bringing me here just to be your pastor. The most important thing I do is not preach sermons.

It's because I choose to overlook offenses to love people. I've been spit on in my face. I've been punched in my face. I've been cussed at to my face. I've even had a guy that was in my church in Florida for seven years to pull a gun on me. You know what I did? I laughed. And I took the gun out of his hand and said, You crazy Larry. Stop being stupid. You know how you do that? You know why you do that? Because you love people. You love people, see. I see the capacity of God in you and on you. I don't see our differences. I see our similarities. The Holy Ghost lives in you. So I'm over I'm willing to overlook any differences we might have because of the life of God that's in you. That's how we live. That's how we grow. That's how we become the people of God that He's called us to be. Amen. Come on, I said amen. Now before we close, I just have to say this. Y'all have to help me preach. You might not believe this. My wife will sh my life my wife might even have video of it. But I used to stand on chairs and preach. I used to throw chairs across the room and preach. I used to wave hankies and preach. Do you believe that? I'm just looking for a little response. I'm looking for a little feedback. Come on, preacher, that's good. Come on, give me some more of that, preacher. You know you can pull on the anointing? You can pull on the anointing that's in someone else's life by just locking in. Locking in. I want that. I want that.

Listen, I I was in a meeting with my spiritual father, and he was in the ministry for 70 years before he went home to be with the Lord. And I wasn't with him, I was just in the meeting, you understand. And there were four people sitting on the front row, and there's like there's 10,000 people in the meeting. There's four people on the front row in wheelchairs. They rolled them in, put them up there. And my spiritual father, Dad Hagen, didn't even leave the pulpit. He didn't come down off the stage and go over and lay hands on anything. He stood. Now, this is what you call, you can call, you can say sensationism is real and it's true, and signs and wonders and miracles have passed away. If that's what you believe, that's what you'll have in your life. But I choose to believe that signs, wonders, and miracles are as evident today as they were 2,000 years ago when Jesus walked the earth because Jesus said the works I do, you shall do also. And I don't choose to believe your doubt and your unbelief. I don't choose to believe your denomination. I choose to believe Jesus, who said the works that I do, you shall do also. And even when as far as say, greater works than these that I've done, you shall do. So I saw my spiritual father standing on the stage and he pointed. And this is what you call the working of miracles. He gets an unction from the Holy Spirit that these people in wheelchairs need to be healed. And he's standing on the stage, he just points at him. He don't lay hands on him, he points at him. And this is a 10,000-seat auditorium. He points at him and he just goes, Jesus said, get up. Jesus said, be healed, one after another. And they pushed their wheelchairs out of the auditorium. See, I've seen too much. You can't talk me out of it. But I'll allow you to believe whatever you want to believe. But I choose to believe Jesus. Amen. Come on, let's raise our hands to heaven. Come on. Heaven is where our help comes from. Amen. Yeah, the increase of oil in our lives meets every need in our lives because the oil is the presence of God. The oil is the presence of Jesus. The oil is the anointing of Jesus. Amen? Right now. Let's just pray this prayer. Said, Dear Father, right here, today, Yvaldee, Texas, Bread of Life, Christian fellowship. I choose to walk in unity. I choose to walk humbly. I choose to love. As you have loved me, so I will love. So Father, we thank you for the increase of oil in our lives. Increase of oil in our church family. Increase of oil in my family.
