Our guest speaker Palma Rasmussen disabled from birth and wheelchair bound for more than 36 years. She has Autoimmune Disease called Mixed Systemic Connective Tissue Disease. Palma works as a Quality Assurance Compliance for federal programs. She has 3 children. Her favor it quote is from Helen Keller: "I thank God for my handicaps.
