You can tell me family is important, show me your schedule. You can tell me personal growth isimportant, show me your morning routine on your weekly schedule. Show me your second-wind workouts on your weekly schedule. Show me your 2MP, what in my methodology is the 2 Massage Protocol. Show it to me on your schedule. So scheduling your week is incredibly important. It also gives you inner peace. That's surprising, right? But the brain needs a trusted system to capture all the things that you must do. And once you write all this out and you create a blueprint for a beautiful week on Sunday morning, then Monday, Tuesday, it's all structured right in front of you. And then let's say it's Monday. As I go down my list, I do a V with a circle for victory. And if I miss it, it's okay. But it gives me clarity of what I'm missing. I'll do an X. And then on the next Sunday, I'll review that blueprint. I'll write about it to make the next week even better. Get your weeks right. You'll get your life right.
