If you are not exercising at least once a day, please start doing it now. If you're exercising every morning already, do it with greater intensity and calibration, enthusiasm and passion. And if you really wanna win, not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and in terms of your lifestyle, then do that second wind workout that I've encouraged you to do. Four o'clock, five o'clock, six o'clock, go walk in a garden or go take a mountain bike ride go for a swim or go for a run or do a little skip or maybe do a little dance. But I really believe exercise is the game changer. It'll increase your income, your impact, your resilience, your joyfulness, your serenity. It's really the gateway.
