Busy versus productive. So that's a key leap you always want to be making. And asking yourself as you go through your day, am I being busy or am I being productive? Busy is you're checking your mobile every few minutes, you're checking your text, you're checking your notifications, you're suffering from death by meeting, you're distracting yourself, you're too much time in entertainment when you should be doing work that's gonna move the needle. So number one, Am I being busy or am I being productive? Leaders are all about doing work that matters. And that's what the world needs more of.
