So when you see someone who gets up at 5AM, you see someone who perhaps seems automatically to be optimistic, you see someone who almost religiously follows their practices, maybe it's scheduling, maybe it's a meeting at a certain time, you see the best producers and you look at them and you say, well, wow, they seem to do those skills automatically. It's not that they have talent you don't have. It's because they have practiced the new skill to the point of automaticity.
