Are you talking about other people as you go through your day? And with social media, that's more easy than ever before. Or are you talking about ideas? Are you talking about things of substance? Are you a person of depth? We live in a world where so many people love to gossip. I sometimes see people, you know, maybe it's I'm in a coffee shop and I start listening to people's conversations because I love being a student, not only of leadership, but psychology. And I would actually... Believe, you know, I think it's probably the vast majority of people, when you listen to them, they're saying, can you believe what that person did? In a lot of workplaces, it's sort of, you know, business by gossip and talking about people who are not there, or talking about the customer who just left. But when you look at a victim, it really is conversation about other people. And when you look at leaders, it's conversation about ideas.
