Communication is so powerful, learning how to express what you mean very clearly. And one of the ways to do that is to read constantly. The more you read, here's a powerful idea, the more you read, the more words you'll learn. And the more words you'll learn, the more you'll be able to deploy the language that you use in a very powerful, elegant way to be precise in terms of what you wanna say. So communication is powerful because through communication we can influence, through communication we can impact. Bud Tribble at Apple coined a term called the reality distortion field, and he said, when you were around Steve Jobs, even if before you met him or talked to him or were in a meeting with him, you might be laughing at his new product, but once you were around him, your reality was distorted, this reality distortion field. He did it through his words. And so I want you to have such a precise and excellent and large vocabulary because you read a lot, that you can actually translate exactly what you're thinking into what you're speaking. And the more you do that, the more you will be able to positively influence people so they believe in your vision. Because as you know very well, no one will believe in you until you believe in you. But the more you believe in you, the more you can speak your vision into reality and shape the minds and the hearts of the people that you work with.
