The things you schedule are the things that get done. And without a clear plan for each week, you’re certain to be reactive instead of peaceful, productive and strategic.
So, early every Sunday morning set a discipline to build out your ideal week ahead. Add your workout blocks, your family meals and your massage periods. Write in your creative segments and record your times for team meetings. Get each of our key pursuits into the plan. Then lock and load on it, daily.

What gets scheduled is what gets done. And your schedule doesn't lie. So you can tell me family's important, show me your schedule. You can tell me personal growth is important, show me your morning routine on your weekly schedule. Show me your second-wind workouts on your weekly schedule. Show me your two MP, what in my methodology is The Two Massage Protocol. Show it to me on your schedule. So scheduling your week is incredibly important, it also gives you inner peace. That's surprising, right? But the brain needs a trusted system to capture all the things that you must do. And once you write all this out and you create a blueprint for a beautiful week on Sunday morning, then Monday, Tuesday, it's all structured right in front of you. And then let's say it's Monday. As I go down my list, I do a V with a circle for victory. And if I miss it, it's okay. But it gives me clarity of what I'm missing. I'll do an X. And then on the next Sunday, I'll review that blueprint. I'll write about it. to make the next week even better. Get your weeks right, you'll get your life right.
