How YOU Can Build Beautiful Habits This New Year
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
As we advance through a lifetime, it’s ever so easy to harden our attitudes and calcify our mindsets. We begin to fall in love with our closely cherished truths and believe that the way we see things is the way things are.
Thinking the way you see the world is the way the world (or business, society or life) actually is is super dangerous. “Why Robin?” you wonder.
…because you’ll stop listening to new ideas.
…because you’ll lose your gift of humility.
…because you’ll be defending.
…because you’ll stagnate, not innovate.
The one habit that changed my life is the habit of lifelong learning. Yes, this is a very simple insight, yet it’s truthful.
All I’m saying and suggesting and perhaps even pleading for you to remember is that a commitment to daily growth is your absolute superpower.
My latest book “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy” is full of fresh ideas and original tools that I’m absolutely certain will cause quantum leaps in your positivity, productivity, wellness, and happiness. You can order it now by clicking here.

The journey to mastery is a process. And there is a beginning point and a middle point, and actually there's never an end point. So I want you to really think about the growth mindset, which is I don't know how to do it, but I'm gonna learn how to do it. And as you know, one of my favorite brain tattoos is "all change is hard at first." If it wasn't hard at first, it wouldn't be real change. It wouldn't be worth the gift of your time and attention. So all change, it's hard at first. And then it's messy in the middle, and it's beautiful at the end. And so for you, when you commit to any new idea because you want growth and you want advancement, you want to amplify your gifts and your talents, you must let go of the way you were for the sake of who you want to be. And so you must overcome escape velocity and your gravitational forces of your old habits.
