First thought positive. The moments after you initially wake up are incredibly powerful in the programming and upgrading of your subconscious mind and your self-identity. The more you can upgrade the way you see yourself, the more you will be aligned in your daily actions so they reflect the way you see yourself. Does that make sense to you? If you see yourself as someone who can get amazing things done, then you're going to put in the time to get amazing things done.If you see yourself as not the kind of person who can build a great physical life or a great financial life or a great creative life or a great love life or a great spiritual life, if you say, those people are cut from a different cloth, those people are gifted. If you forget that genius is more about practice than genetics, then you're not even going to install the habits or do what's required to create those beautiful results. That's why your self-identity is so important. And the way you talk to yourself is so important. First thought positive, as soon as you get out of bed, train yourself to train your focus on something positive.
